Would it be slavery or abolition
Petitions or Submission
Happiness
Or lies
Or hate
Missing socks,
Something simple
Robots or
The end
Heaven, Hell, hope,
Holy One
Would it be time
Would it be lost
Could it be found?
A person or a place-
Like Pompeii
Could you live with it?
Come what may
Hitler, Genocide
You pick, you
DECIDE
Aliens or crashing tides
Predator or prey
Could you live with it
This I pray
The future or past
Your choice, but
Know it will last
Forever
PERMANENTLY
What's done is done
They say the truth,
Will set you free
But will it?
Maybe your choice
Will never be known
Perhaps it was a lie
A secret
An event
Maybe it's yours...
Or mine, or theirs or
OURS
Maybe it's simple
Maybe it's not
Maybe it's life
Maybe it's strife

Just know
