We are all lost souls
Waiting to be found
But until they see us we hide
Like zombies- in the ground
We bloom in the dark
Curl up in the light
Burn our wings
Forget we once took flight
They killed our hope
We killed their dreams
They made up laws
Nothing is ever as it seems
Still we fought
But united we fell
Our single forces to delicate
To withstand their hell
So back we sunk
To the depths of the deep
And we cried inside
The world theirs to keep
But then we stood separate
Our heads facing front
Too selfish to know
That is what they want
Apart we were too weak
To stand up and fight
They chained us up
And cast us into next night
We suffered and we fell
Like lambs forward we crept
Towards our deaths coming soon
When the wolf finally lept
They forgot our tale
Buried underneath lies of the wrong
Yet we hear their unborn cries
As they try to sing our song
