Sage had been in a small, bare room for 9 days, according to the clock. She was on the Planet for the Galaxies, which was artificial and the capital for the G.A.. Sometimes she would hear screaming or banging from other rooms.

The noises didn't compare to the ones from inside her room. The real Gama was in the room with her, and she wasn't in great health. She took deep breaths as her wounds would close themselves (due to her being a Nuclock). Sage didn't tell her about how she would scream at night. The whole situation was a shit show.

The first day in the cell, Sage was alone. There was a small bed in the corner, and a form of a bathroom in the other. The room was spotless then.

Then, on the second day, the guards brought in a battered Gama. She took one look at the cell- one small bed, one small bathroom, and Sage- and said,"Hell no."

"You don't have much of a choice, sorry babe." replied Sage.

The rest of the days leading up to now were filled with bickering, tears, and huffy silence. The sleeping situation had to be addressed. For both of them to sleep in the bed, they would have to be intimate. They were not very friendly, one could say they were rivals, so this was not preferable.

"What if we took turns sleeping on the floor?" said Sage.

"Yeah, that's gonna be real comfortable for me. I'll take the bed, you take the floor."

"Gama, this bed is so thin there's no difference"

They could bicker all they wanted, but Gama had a better point. She was the one with healing wounds. So, each night at lights out, Gama would climb into bed and Sage would try to sleep on the floor by the bed. This is how we find them now, on the ninth night.

"Get-get away from me, no, no!" Gama was sleep talking, the same thing from last night, and the night before, and so on. Sage usually didn't wake her up, Gama was already pretty humiliated. "Leave her be- no! Sage! Run, run!"

Sage's ears perked up. She had never heard her name. She sat up and looked at Gama. Her face was contorted with worry, as she spoke out,"Take me, I'm-I'm right here."

"Shhhh..shhh," Sage couldn't sit here and watch it any longer. "Gama..Gama!"

Gama blinked her eyes open. She flinched a little at the hand gently shaking her awake.

"Hey, you were talking a little in your sleep. I-uh, you sounded pretty upset" said Sage.

"Oh, I'm sorry, what did I uh.. say?"

"Just some stuff like 'no' and 'get off', must have been a bad dream."

"Alright, goodnight." Gama laid back down, as did Sage. She didn't know what a dream was, but what she just saw was terrifying. Gama knew she said more than Sage let on. She looked down at the dark figure on the floor. She realized how pitiful Sage looked on the floor, and before she knew it she was asking if she was still up.

"Are you still up?"

"Yeah," Sage's tired voice responded.

"What did I really say?"

"I already said- 'no' and 'get away'. Go to sleep, I'll wake you up if you start talking again."

"Sage I know you're lying, I've seen you do it hundreds of ties before."

"I'm not lying!"

"Just tell me what I said!"

Sage didn't respond. At this point she didn't know why she was keeping it a secret. Sage lay on the floor and eventually fell asleep before Gama could start sleep talking.
