Voice- Riyaaaaa

Two bodies crashed onto the floor...lifeless

The ETF conference room had stressful vibe. The chief was pacing up and down passing angry glares at Shree the IT specialist from time to time. The poor guy was so scared as he tried to ignore the glares. Shree furiously typed in some stuff and waited but only to receive disappointment. He looked up at his chief and nodded his head in a negative.

Rathore- Damn it!

The chief slammed his hand against the glass table clearly frustrated. The rest of the members jumped in their seats seeing their chief so angry. Rathore stormed out of the conference room and strutted into the interrogation room.

The man who had forced himself into the ETF office sat there tied to a chair completely bruised and beaten up badly. In the interrogation room next door sat the principle in the same state.

Rathore walked towards the man like a predator towards its prey

Rathore- If you wanna stay alive tell me where are my two officers?

The man scoffed

Man- Chief hona tum? If you figured out that this whole thing was a set up. If you figured out that the case is not real and neither is that principle I am sure you will be able to figure out where your officers are.

Rathore clenched his fist not being able to control his anger anymore he slapped the man. 

Rathore- I will kill you myself if anything happened to my officers.

He strutted back into the ETF room. 

It so happened that after Arjun and Riya left towards the house. Rathore found something fishy in the police report he asked Chotu to cross check once more while he made Shree triple verify the Principle's identity. At the end all of it turned out to be a farce. It was all to distract ETF. But from what still remained the question. 

However right now the whole team was more focused in finding Arjun and Riya. All of them were silently praying the duo is fine. 

Rathore glanced at Shree with hopeful eyes to see if he was able to trace their phone locations but in vain. Somehow when the team had reached the address where Arjun and Riya were suppose to be to investigate they were not there. 

Shree gave him a disappointed look and Rathore sighed. He could not blame the poor chap after all.  Rathore went into his cabin and sat on his chair defeated. He held his head in his hands. 

Meanwhile in a dark room that was only illuminated by a single light bulb two bodies are lying on the floor. They are revealed to be Arjun and Riya. Both of them ar laying on their stomachs a few metres apart from each other however their finger tips are touching each others. 

Arjun's eyes flutter open as he sits up holding his pounding head tight with his hands. He looks around but his vision is blurry he forces himself to focus and he sees a female body lying near him. 

He crawls towards the body and suddenly all the incidents cleared in his mind. Riya and him were here to investigate the strange case. He turned the body around to see the face bit the face was covered by hair he gently tucks the hair locks behind her ear.

Arjun- Riya

He places her head on his lap

Arjun- Riya wake up

He gently taps her cheeks as her eyes slowly open. She holds her head to calm down the pain she tries to sit up and Arjun helps her as she was very weak. 

Arjun- Tum thik ho?

Riya nods her attention still on her pounding head and stinging hand. She leans agains the wall and Arjun scoots closer to her. He takes her hand and scans it scanning a wound on the upper right arm. It was bleeding heavily and he needed to stop it. He looks around for a cloth not seeing any he reaches in his pocket and takes out his handkerchief and ties it tightly around the wound to control the bleeding. 

Their eyes meet for brief moment and as they drift away Arjun gently leaves her arm. 

Riya- I screamed and fell towards the floor because it felt like a bullet pierced my skin

Arjun- I screamed your name because you suddenly fell and then I was hit on the head by stick therefore I fell unconscious. 

Arjun looked around

Arjun- This is not where we were

Riya looked around an nodded in agreement

Riya- Sir if really a bullet hit me then where is the bullet and why did we not hear the gunshot?

Arjun- By your wound it looks like the bullet nearly missed you and I think the gun probably had a silencer on.

Riya- We must find a way to get out of here

Arjun- No, this is too well planned trying will be a waste off energy, time and effort. We will have to hope the team finds us soon. 

Riya looked at Arjun puzzled. He was never the man to give up then why today? Arjun suddenly leaned in close startling Riya. He then whispered

Arjun- We are being monitored. Upper left corner of the room, CCTV.

Riya nodded as Arjun sat back. Trying to make it look casual and natural Riya decides to strike a conversation with Arjun. 

Riya- Sir ETF has changed so much after I left. Three more officers and so much ro...

She stopped mid sentence and eyed Arjun as he casually completed her sentence

Arjun- Romance?

Riya slowly nodded as her heart tugged on the thought of Arjun and Sakshi. Arjun scoffed. 

Arjun- All of them are one sided and one sided love never ends anywhere. All it gives is pain. 

Pain filled his eyes and so did it fill Riya's as she remembered he feelings for him. It was that...it was one sided. He was right it never ends up anywhere all it gives is pain. 

Pushing away the sad thoughts and blinking in her tears she exclaims.

Riya- Have you ever loved someone? 

Arjun looked at Riya nodded and looked away. 

Riya- Sakshi?

Arjun- What!? No

Riya's face lit up and her heart danced in joy but she controlled  

Riya- Your wife? Roshni? 

Arjun nodded

Arjun- I loved Roshni but not anymore after what she did to me I can never love her again...

He stops mid sentence realising he is spilling the beans. Riya shifts closer and places her palm on his.

Riya- You can tell me. 

Arjun takes a long deep breath and then starts to speak. 

Back at the ETF office Rathore finally lifts his head up. He gets up making a pen roll down in the process he bends to pick it up when the gold chain on his neck hangs out. He looks at it and suddenly his face lights up. 

He found it, he found a way he can find them he rushes to the ETF conference room and barges in as all heads turn towards him.
