An eerie silence enveloped the room as the juniors nervously fiddled and fidgeted waiting for the commissioner to speak. It had been about a week and the mention of Sikander had not gone down too well with any member of the team and now the commissioner had called them to let them know their next steps related to Sikander. 

Arjun had waited for this moment since forever, it was the bribe that had got him to join ETF and now it was his time. He hated Roshni for everything she had put him through, she had broken his trust into so many pieces that he could never put himself back together, the commissioners voice disturbed his thoughts saving him from slipping into flashback mode. 

Commissioner- Good morning ETF team, you as a team have repeatedly proved your ability and efficiency to solve cases. A great track record and wonderful accuracy has today brought you to the most crucial case. The case is definitely not an easy one, with multiple dangers and will have a long duration...are you ready for it?

Team- Yes sir!

Commissioner- I did not hear you!

Team- YES SIR!

Commissioner- Good, now this case is an only observational case, I want no casualties. My team have put in day and night to find Sikander and his teams prospective location. The thing we do not know is, how he looks and that is what you have to figure out. It is an under cover mission and highly confidential. For 9 months you will have absolutely no contact with the outside world, that means your family and friends outside the team. You have 5 minutes tell them you will be of on a mission the switch off your phones and hand them in. Disperse!

All of the scattered out of the room to make their respective phone calls only two people stayed back...they did not really have anyone to call. The juniors took way more then 5 minutes saying their goodbyes. The one thing they had understood standing in the intimidating room for half an hour was that this might be their last mission. It was not going to be easy. When they returned the commissioner continued. 

Commissioner- Location is Gul marg Kashmir, he lives in a area densely populated by Islamic people. In order to blend in well you will to go as one of them. Mission in all is 9 months but out of that 3 months is training. Knowledge about the religion, observational skills and emergency protocols. These are very crucial months. From today you will stay in model house, something like you will have in Kashmir. Stay in your characters at all times, except during training. Now follow me to your model house, where you will also be introduced to your characters. 

The Commissioner stepped out followed by Rathore and Arjun closely. Once the trio were out the juniors sighed a breath of relief. The information was a lot to take in but they were extremely energised. They also left the office but not before exchanging glances with each other.

The house had its own vibes, there were empty photo frames, vases with flowers, a safe, 4 rooms a kitchen and two living rooms. Each of them carefully scanned the house while tailing behind the Commissioner. They at last entered the kitchen. Small but pretty. The commissioner then opened one of the drawers to reveal 8 booklets of paper. He handed one to each of the members. They flipped through it and immediately understood while the Commissioner decided to elaborate. 

Commissioner- You will go as big family, consisting of three brothers and one sister. The eldest brother is Rathore known as Rahil Farooqui. The second brother is Arjun known as Asad Farooqui and the youngest brother is Shree known as Suheb Farooqui. Sameer has a wife who will be Ayesha her name would be Arzu Farooqui .Next would be Arjun's wife who will be Riya. Her name would be Ruhina Farooqui. At last you have a sister, youngest in the family which will be Sakshi her name would be Saira Farooqui. Your parents passed away 3 months ago and therefore you have shifted. You have a family textile business. Sameer is the child of your fathers first wife who passed away shortly after giving birth to him. Your father then remarried and the rest of you are children of his second wife. They both died in a car accident. All of you have shifted because of business expansion in Kashmir. Chotu and Liza will help from outside both of them will not go undercover. Since Sakshi is not a trained officer she will not be allowed to go out alone or do anything related to this mission alone. Any questions?

Team- No sir

Commissioner- Good! Now...

He bent down and placed his palm on the centre tile in the kitchen, after a few seconds it slid open revealing a stairwell that lead them inside. The commissioner stepped in and they all followed. 

Riya was the last to descend the steps. She was on the second last step when she lost balance. She slipped and was about to fall when something...rather someone saved her. There she was in his arms. She looked up at his cold dark coal eyes and she knew this case was not going to be easy. 

On the other hand Arjun surprisingly saw his reflection in her eyes. The rage and the thirst of revenge. However he did not know why...he was unaware that he is not the only one with a personal grudge against Sikander. 

 Below it revealed a room with a long table and 8 chairs. A whiteboard, markers, projector, coffee machine and a phone. There was also a huge cupboard which had guns and bullets. 

Commissioner- Weapons to only be used when in an emergency. Also only this phone should be used to contact us. This room is basically a place where all of you can meet and discuss about events that occurred ar any important information. This is one place you can be yourself and roam freely.

Rathore- But sir why 8 chairs?

Commissioner- Liza and Chotu are part of the mission just not undercover. He opened a door at one end of the room. There is a secret passage they will use to enter here. This is the only place they can meet you. They will come here at least once in 2 days. The other time they would be with my team helping with external surveillance and chemical testings.  This is all I had to say, please memorise your background info it is 12:00 right now. Training will start from 3:00 on the ground be there on time. See you at training!
