🐝Beyoncé's Point of View

B.B. stood up straight as the tailor took her measurements. I had Valdrin Sahiti- one of the best tailors- to sew her prom dress and also her birthday dress. Jay and I had decided after dinner a few days ago to book a surprise birthday holiday for B.B.'s 18th during her birthday week. She was having her AP exams the week starting the 7th but as long as her and her friends studied for three hours per day while on holiday then we assumed it'd be fine. B.B. deserved the world and she was an amazing daughter and sister to Bella and Blue.

Solange sat beside me with her tea in one hand and her other on her six month baby bump.

"I can't believe B.B.'s growing up. Prom, 18th birthday, college,"Solo giggled.

"Where did the time go?"I mumbled wiping a tear from my eye. It was extremely emotional for me because B.B. was my oldest child and she was becoming a young, beautiful woman. I hated going back to it but I missed out on everything with my babies.

"Mama, don't be like that. You're here and that's all that matters,"B.B. jumped from the podium and wrapped her arms around me wiping my tears. "I love you,"she smiled.

"I love you too B.B.,"I giggled as she became teary eyed. "Don't cry baby,"I wiped her tears.

"Y'all got me crying too! I need me a daughter,"Solo put her tea down on the coffee table and began crying.

"Aw! Y'all are too cute! I remember when my daughter went off to college,"one of Valdrin's tailors began fanning her eyes. The front door opened and Jay came in with two bags of Chipotle.

"Oh no, no, no,"he walked back out making us laugh.

"Should I get Daddy?"B.B. checked her mascara before going back to stand on the podium.

"I'll text him now and let him know it's safe to come back,"I laughed. I really believed Jay had had enough with all the women in his life; he was literally surrounded and engulfed by women and the only guys he had were his two nephews and his friends.

"So have you spoken to Mama?"Solo sipped her tea.

"Absolutely not. There's no reason to unless it concerns business,"I rolled my eyes texting Jay.

"Bey, she's our mom. That was harsh what you did. She's worked her entire life for that salon and you took it like it means nothing."

"Mom! You did that to Grandma? That's horrible,"B.B. gasped.

"I didn't take her salon, I took the building. So she still has her salon but I just own where the salon is,"I corrected.

"So what are you gonna do with the building? Just keep it for fun?"B.B. put her hands on her hips.

"I'll make my mind up and let you know,"I smiled and B.B. shook her head with a smirk. Jay opened the door again and peeked his head.

"Y'all sure it's safe?"he whispered and we laughed.

"Of course,"Solo laughed and he came in kicking the door closed.

"Daddy I feel so bad for you. You must be going out of your mind with all of us and our hormones,"B.B. laughed before hugging her dad.

"Somebody need to get you a son Jay. Lord knows you're struggling keeping up with us girls,"Solo smirked at me and I gave her the side eye.

"And I oop-"B.B. perked her lips up looking around.

"Well it ain't gonna be me so you gonna have to look somewhere else for your son,"I flipped through Facebook.

"I bought food for all of us. Bella and Blue are at my mom's place and she wants to see you too B.B.,"Jay handed us our orders.
