"Fuck," Larry moaned and clutched his head, waking Sally up.
They were in the same position, both of them were cuddling and Sally still had his head on Larry's chest.
Sally lifted his head and turned to face Larry, their faces were inches apart and Sally blushed.
"Oh hey, Sally." Larry said casually, as if they slept this close all the time.
"Hi L-Larry," Sally stuttered and shuffled away.
Larry looked disappointed for a second and then turned on his side to face Sally, they both laughed.
"That was a crazy party last night..." Larry sighed, wishing he could re-live it again.
"And I have a crazy headache," Sally rubbed his eyes.
Larry rolled his eyes, "never been hungover before?"
Sally shook his head and cringed at the pain, making Larry chuckle.
"Well what have you done before, I feel like we hardly know each other, Sal."
"I accidentally kissed my best friend, but that was before everything... happened."
"Accidentally?" Larry sniggered, "how do you accidentally kiss somebody?"
"I head butted him."
"Him? Are you gay Sally Face?" Larry grinned at him jokingly.
"Bi, actually," Sally tried to stick his tongue out at him but ended up licking the inside of his mask instead.
"Oh, me too." Larry turned to face the ceiling.
"When I first met you I thought you were dating Ashley," Sally said sadly.
"That's what everyone thinks, but she's my best friend, we've known each other since we were born really, our parents were good friends," Larry smiled as he thought about his memories with Ashley.
"I wish I had a friend who I'd known for that long."
Neil burst through the door, an ice pack was tied to his head with a piece of ribbon, he looked absolutely ridiculous.
He tossed a packet of pain killers to them, and a few bottled drinks, "you're gonna need these."
"Thanks, you're a life saver!" Larry took out two pills and passed one to Sally.
Neil left and went back to his own room.
The pair took the tablets and went back to talking.
"Hey, I don't want to make you feel awkward or anything, but you can take off your mask, I already know what you look like, and it must be uncomfortable wearing it all the time."
Larry was right, it was uncomfortable wearing the mask around all the time, but he didn't know whether he was comfortable enough to take it off.
"I - I don't know, Lar..." Sally's heart felt like it was in his mouth.
Sally thought about it for a second, and unclipped one of the buckles.
"I can lock the door?" Larry stood up.
Sally nodded and unclipped the last strap, the mask fell down onto his lap.
Larry sat down beside him and admired Sally's face.
Sally blushed, earning a smile from Larry.
"W-What?!" Sally said, turning away.
"It's nothing, it's just nice to see you blush."
Sally went even redder and shuffled closer to him, he could feel Larry's breathing on his face.
Larry reached out and put his finger on Sally's chin, lifting his head up. Sally turned his head away, smiling. Larry moved Sally's head towards him again.
Sally didn't know what happened after that, all he knew was that Larry was kissing him. Sally's face heated up as Larry's lips joined with his.
Larry pulled away, earning a disappointed groan from Sally, who was trying to hide the huge grin on his face.
