Somewhere Only We Know - (Larry x Sally Face) {COMPLETE}

~Chapter 20~

Larry reached over to Sally and placed his hand on his shoulder, causing him to jump at the sudden contact.
Sally turned around to face him again, Larry was blushing too. He closed his eyes and began leaning closer to Sally's face. Sally's heart was beating right out of his chest as he began to lean in aswell, there faces were inches apart and Sally could feel Larry's hot breath over his mouth.
"Sally? Who are you talking to?" Sally's father called from outside.
Sally jumped up and and pulled Larry into his closet without saying anything, he pulled his mask over his head and ran to open the bedroom door.
"No one dad! You can come in!"
Henry entered the room and looked around, "sorry Sally, you know I don't like people coming over..."
"I know, I know," Sally sighed, "it's okay, I was talking to myself," Sally smiled nervously.
"Okay Sally, it worried me a little because you are usually very quiet, I'm sorry, get some sleep okay?"
Sally nodded and watched his father leave the room.
Larry opened the closet door, "Can I come out now?"
Sally nodded and calmed his nerves, "sorry about that, you heard what my dad said."
Larry nodded, "I should go..."
"No! It's fine, if you stay quiet it will be fine."
"Why doesn't your dad like anyone over?" Larry tilted his head.
"I don't know, he hasn't let me have anyone over since my mum, but he never told me why."
"Oh, have you ever snuck anyone in?"
"Just you," Sally laughed quietly.

They both sat back down on Sally's bed again, the awkward silence returning, Sally scratches the back of his neck and gulped. He wanted to kiss Larry so badly, but he didn't have the confidence to lean into him.
A few minutes later Larry broke the silence,
"So?" Larry leaned over to Sally with a smug look on his face, "where were we?"
