"Ok so let me get this straight"I sighed"Cream and Sonic have both formed teams to bet who will win me and they both have plans to stop the other team from winning?"I asked Blaze."That's about right"Blaze sighed "Great I don't even know why they choose me, believe me I'm flattered,but do they really have to fight?!"I frowned."I'm just as confused as you,Tails"Blaze admitted"but I'll help you through it""Thanks Blaze"I smiled"I don't know what I'd do without you""No worries, Tails but when are you gonna tell your crush how you feel?"Blaze asked."Soon enough, Blaze"I answered"I really don't want anyone to get hurt""But aren't you curious to see what will happen?"Blaze asked."Why?"I asked, curious."Well Sonic did say he would do whatever to get you to be with him and Cream seemed determined too"Blaze smiled."Really?"I smiled,a bit embarrassed."Yup"Blaze smiled"How about this?Why don't we watch what will happen between he teams and if anyone gets hurt we can just stop them by you telling everyone who you like?"Blaze suggested."I don't know Blaze"I sighed"I don't want to play with their feeling like that"I confessed."Come on Tails,you can see who really likes you more this way"Blaze pried."Okay fine only cause I'm a bit curious too"I sighed in defeat."Hopefully nothing goes wrong"I sighed
(Inside Blaze's mind during conversation)
"I won't tell Tails that they're gonna ask him to that dance in 2 weeks Ill let it be surprise,and besides I also want to see who could really win Tails heart even though he already told me who he likes"
(Cream's POV) Still Amy's house
"Wait so your telling me that Tails ends up with Sonic in the future?"I asked,a bit angry."Yes but maybe we can change that?"Silver replied. "So how are you gonna help us?"I asked Silver."I don't know but I'll help you in any way I can to make sure Tails isn't happy"he smirked."Well I'm gonna make sure that Tails stays away from Sonic as much as possible"Amy snarled"If he even gets close to Sonic I'll whack him with my hammer" "Wait Amy please don't hurt Tails! Remember that I'm trying to make him become mine"I pleaded."Oh yeah sorry Cream,I'll try not to"Amy apologized."What about School?"Charmy asked."Well,we also have to make sure they're not together there either"I explained."Right this is gonna be real easy" I smiled,confident that I'd win
(Sonic's POV) Still Blaze house
"Ok Guys,we have to make sure Cream isn't close to Tails and make sure that her team doesn't interfere too"I explained."Also thanks for those great ideas on how to charm Tails over guys"I smiled thanking everyone who had given a suggestion."No problem Sonic we just want you to be happy with Tails"Tangle smiled "Now we just have to wait and see how everything goes"
(Tails POV) Monday
"Finally Monday the day I've dreaded and waited for for the past two days"I sighed, getting out of bed. After my conversation with Blaze she advised for me to stay away from anyone so that no one could get a "head start" I still don't like the idea but I really do want to see my crush do something for me"I blushed."Well I can't see what'll happen if I stay home so let's go to school!"I smiled.
(At school)
As I got to school I saw that none of my friends where here yet so I decided to sit down on a bench in the courtyard to wait. Suddenly I saw a blue figure come up and saw that Sonic was standing in front of me!"Hey Sonic"I smiled"Do you know why none of our friends are here yet"I asked him"Sorry buddy,but I don't know"he replied"Well since I'm here mind could I sit next to you as we wait"he asked,smiling."Oh,um sure"I blushed a bit as I scooted over to let him sit down.After a while of silence Sonic started scooting in closer until our hands where almost touching.He touched my hand and gently put it into his without even looking at me. I blushed a bit harder wondering why he wasn't looking at me. Before I could reply I heard someone shout"SONIC!"I got startled and accidentally let go off Sonic's hand.I saw that it was Amy walking up to us so I was a bit disappointed that I couldn't grab Sonic hand again"Hey Sonic what are you doing here?"she smiled innocently."Well I was just waiting here for school to start with Tails"he replied smiling at me."Well I know Tails is good with school subjects and I need help with a question so can you come over here?"Amy asked me."Sure,I'd be happy to help you"I replied.". (Amy's POV) Great, Tails I so gullible now I can tell him to stay away from Sonic just like planned"After we walked far enough away from Sonic I made sure no one was around and pinned Tails to the wall."I've got him now"I smirked
(Tails POV)
I started to panic as Amy tightened her grip on my throat causing me to gasp for breath"Amy,s-stop"I gasped."Listen here Tails you better stay away from MY SONIC understood?Your lucky your not getting hit by my hammer because Cream asked me too"she snarled."And why should he stay away from me?"I turned around to see Sonic had appeared behind us looking really angry."Oh no reason"Amy fake smiled letting me go."Look Amy I know you like me but that doesn't mean that you can hurt Tails for that"Sonic said as he helped me get up off the ground, holding me close.I began to blush a bit."Well it's not my fault that you fell for this faggot instead of me"Amy snarled."HEY!If your here to make fun of Tails I suggest you leave before you have to deal with me!"Sonic snarled."Fine I don't need this"Amy smirked as she walked away."You okay Tails?"Sonic asked, concerned."Yeah I'm fine,Thanks for helping me Sonic"I smiled. I realized that I was still holding onto Sonic so I let him go,looking down a bit embarrassed."Anytime Tails"Sonic smiled giving me a thumbs up"Its so cute when he smiles at me but I hope that me or Sonic don't get attacked again like that or I'm just gonna stop this altogether "I sighed."But im glad to see that Sonic defended me"I smiled to myself until I heard the bell ring
(Sonic's POV)"
"Well it's time to get going"I smiled as I grabbed Tails hand "I don't know why Amy was gonna attack Tails but I'm glad I got to save him"I thought as we ran through the halls, hand in hand."Hopefully no one else will try to harm him or they'll have to get through me"I declared as we both entered our classroom not wanting to let go of Tails hand but ultimately doing so"I'm gonna tell everyone to stay alert and make sure Tails doesn't get hurt"I decided as class started
(Cream's POV) at lunch in their group
"Really Amy you had to hurt Tails after I told you not to?"I sighed."Well I'm sorry but Tails gets on my nerves and it's not my fault that Sonic followed me"she snapped."Why didn't you just end that Faker?"Shadow asked."I don't wanna hurt Sonic, and besides he was giving me the death glare"Amy shuddered"Well next time stick to the plan and maybe you won't mess up" Knuckles glared."Ok geez,you guys can cool down it was just a mistake"Amy sighed,annoyed."Remember we are at war there is no time for mistakes"Knuckles stated."Or stupid commentary"Shadow snarled."Okay guys we can come up with another plan after Silver brings us more info about what they're gonna do next."I said."Well he better get good info cause we came off to a bad start already"Amy pointed out."Don't worry guys I think i got the right info that we need to just win this" Author's Note - This is a pretty long chapter 😁.Well it looks like Sonic won round one,for now.
