Masyn P.O.V
~
Never in the short time I've known Morgan had I seen him lash out like this. "Stay the hell away from her!" he snarled, clenching his fists to his side
"You better listen to him." Barny said behind us.
"THAT'S OUR DAUGHTER!" the man shouted at us, pointing a finger my way.
What? Who are these crazy people!
"To hell with your bullshit!" Morgan snapped, canines elongated.
"Don't challenge me boy." the man growled.
"Fuck you old man." Morgan cussed. "Let's go Masyn." he tugged on my arm and kept me behind him.
"Kitana!" the woman -who looked like Morgan- cried. "Please don't do this, don't you remember us?"
I looked at the woman wide eyed and shook my head. "No."
The woman sobbed out loud.
"Let's go." Morgan said in a hushed tone. I hurried into the car with Morgan at the wheel. I glanced back, Barny and Becka were holding the man and woman back from running after the car.
It was silent for the first half of the ride home, before I closed my eyes, he broke the silence.
"I'm sorry you had to see that." he murmured, still looking ahead.
"W-Who were they?"
A tight line formed on his lips. "My no good for nothing parents."
"Oh." Was all I could say. I couldn't wait to get home so I could hug my own parents after that encounter.
"I, uh, understand if you don't want to be around. I-" he started.
"Stop right there Morgan." I gave him a steely glare. "I understand that what happened back there was obviously a mistake and your parents are kinda crazy if they think I'm your sister. Clearly they feel guilty for what they did and acted on instinct." I shrugged. "Like I told you on the ride down here, you're stuck with me afterall you're my brother, my twin to be exact." I grinned and poked his cheek.
He laughed, a good and contagious laugh. "I guess I am." he grinned back. Something in his brown eyes shone that I've never seen in those emotionless and almost lifeless eyes of his. He was happy.
I looked at my wrist again and smiled.
I'm so dead.

Mom and dad must have gotten in late last night because I went to bed pretty late and they didn't come back.
I woke up around eight, shuffling on a cardigan, a tank and some black shorts; tying my hair into a messy bun I headed down for breakfast.
I walked into a horrible sight and shrieked. Mom was sitting on dads lap, sucking faces. I slapped my hands over my eyes and squeezed them shut.
I heard my parents laugh. "Oh Masyn." Mom giggled. I opened my eyes and peeked through my fingers, she remained sitting on his lap while grinning at me.
I furrowed my brows. "Not in the kitchen or in front of me."
Mom rolled her eyes and hopped off Dad, I ran into her arms.
"Hmm? What's wrong pumpkin?" Mom hugged me back.
"I love you." I say over her shoulder. She let me go and I jumped into Dads arms and hugged his wide chest. "I love you too Daddy."
