Baby bird blue.
Baby bird flew.
Baby bird you,
You know you,
Better than your own mother do.
Baby bird flew.
Flew from the nest.
Baby bird blue.
Trying to do it's best.
Baby bird you know you,
Better than anyone knows you.
But baby bird flew way too soon.
Right out the nest,
Her mother boo-hooed
Oh baby bird blue,
Thought she was smooth.
But baby bird blue in her youth,
Was unstoppable.
She flew,
And she flew.
And her mother never saw her.
She flew higher and higher too soon.
Baby bird blue didn't know consequences.
She just bloomed.
But baby bird blue flew too high.
And the wind took her places,
She shouldn't have flew.
And her wings began to get burned,
By the rays of the sun.
And baby bird blue was lost.
Who was to find her?
Her mother?
Who didn't know her well enough?
Who didn't teach her to fly?
Who let her leave the nest too soon?
She was lost.
With no one to find her.
Poor baby bird blue.
