Death

"Siddddddd" A constant whisper blew throughout the bloody mansion "Sid Come with us" it's whisper grew louder and more demanding. "Sid! Why did you leave us?!" The whisper turned into screams which led to far off other screams around me, pulling me in to the unknown. Intel all screams stopped and all that was left was a slight breath, "Sid".

I woke up in a puddle of sweat, I could still hear the whispers slowly wandering to my ear

'These dreams have to stop' I keep telling myself that, but I feel like they have more meaning than I can explain. I rubbed my head and gathered up strength to leave my bed And looked at the broken glass mirror. Every mirror I have ever owned would always break, and I would never do anything but simply wake up from a dream. I knew I had to get ready, it was almost nine and I had to meet up with my friends to explore a abandoned mansion far away. I put in my long brown jacket with kakis and let my brown hair run free, I fixed my bangs and I was off to go. I let my mother and father know I was leaving before I left the house and was seated in the front seat of my friends car. Everyone was here. Dan (the one driving) was older than most of us he had dark short brown hair, and boy was he built! Not like I care or anything. Amy was a total diva, but she was still my friend. She sat in the back and had her blonde hair in Curls as her blue eyes sparkled, she was beautiful. Than there was zeke, the orange haired joker along us always smiling and always cracking joke, he defiantly had his eyes set on Amy but, so did Dan. I settled in the car and said hey to everyone. Amy was in her phone while Zeke was trying to start a conversation with her. And Dan just had his eyes set on the road.

"this better be worth the drive" Dan sounded most un-excited as usual.

"Lighten up Dan, this'll be a blast!" Zeke responded

I sat awkwardly with my hands stuffed in my pocket and looked out the window

"Don't you think it'll be fun Amy?" Zeke smiled

Amy ignored him but jolted her head from her phone

"Oh what, yea sure I guess" she shrugged.

I looked outside the window and watched as un-familiar houses started to pass by.

"They say that the mansion is like a museum, with old antique stuff." Zeke grinned

"They also say it's haunted right" Amy said not lifting her eyes from her mobile device.

"They say people go in and never come out some times, but don't worry Amy, I'll protect you!" Zeke smiled

"If anything I'll be protecting you all" Dan sighed

I did a slight giggle and continued to look outside, Dan and Zeke always had this rivalry but were always good buds, me and Amy were friends since grade school and she introduced me to Dan and Zeke. Ever since then we all were friends, but I guess you could say I was the odd ball out of them. Old rusty broken down houses appeared as we entered the old subdivision.

"Do you think people still live here?" I asked.

"What I'm these old houses?" Dan did a slight chuckle "I would hope not."

I looked at them once more. I'm sure they are all haunted considering how old they all are, and they are all so big, but Zeke says that the mansion we will be going is huge! I'm kind of excited!

we drive up to a long gated drive way there was a few more cars parked for the person who will be giving us the tour. The mansion was huge! nothing like I have ever seen, it had a spooky atmosphere that sent chills down my spine. We all walked up the brick stair that led to the entrance of the house

"Ohh scary" Zeke grinned

We knocked on the door and waited for a response, when none came I got discouraged.
