There's nothing I wouldn't do.

To hear your voice again. Sometimes I wanna to call you.

But I know you won't be there.

Ohh, I'm sorry for blaming you. For everything I just couldn't do.

And I've hurt myself by hurting you.

Some days I feel broke inside. But I won't admit.

Sometimes I just wanna hide cause it's you I miss.

And it's so hard to say goodbye. When it comes to this, oooh.

There's nothing I wouldn't do. To have just one more chance.

To look into your eyes.

And see you looking back.

If I had just one more day.

I would tell you how much that I've missed you since you've been away.

Ooh, it's dangerous. It's so out of line.

To try and turn back time.

"She hates me Pepper. She hates me", Tony said in a broken voice while pacing back and forth in his and Pepper's room. The redhead looked confused at her boyfriend. There was a lot of people who didn't like Tony but... she'd never seen him being broken about it. Usually he just took it with a grin on his face and laughed at that person right in his or her's face. But not this time. This time it was different. He genuenly cared about what whoever it was that hated him thought about him. So Pepper looked up from her work and asked. "Who? who hates you Tony", Cause she couldn't figure it out. Of course she had a suspicion but she really hoped that it wasn't true.

"Josette", Tony said looking absolutely devastated. "My own daughter, who dosen't even want to be my daughter, hates me.", Pepper looked down so she had been right. She really hadn't wanted to be. "She dosen't hate you Tony", Pepper said when she looked back up. Tony chuckled but whitout any humor. It was his way of dealing with it. "You weren't there. She practically confessed it in all but words and she's too polite for that", Tony stood still and started fiddeling with his fingers. He actually wanted to go to his lab to fix something but sadly that lab was in another country. How could he have been so foolish? To think that just because he wanted her back she'd forgive him just like that. No he'd hurt her time after time and she'd given him one chance after the other. Finally the cup had ran over for her. And she'd left with no intention of ever comming back or ever trying to be a family with him again. The worst part was that he couldn't blame her. He'd been a dick. Pepper didn't say anything but he wished she would. But the minutes dragged by untill he finally broke the silance.

"The press will find out eventually", He said ,they always did, and took a seat beside Pepper. Who gave him something betwean a sad and angry look. "You are more worryed about the press! than how your daughter feels about you?", She asked. "No of course not.", Tony said truthfully. A bit hurt that she would think that. "But the press will be an issue when they find out. Ross isn't very fond of me and I wouldn't put it past him to not try to get me of the team when the scandal breaks out",

Pepper's eyes videned as she understood. "You already got enemys. And Ross will probably take your suit.",

"And there goes the means to deffend both you and Josette", Tony added.

"And yourself", The readhead whispered. In horror. Tony scratched his neck and said sarcastically. "Yeah that too", And all because he hadn't treated his daughter right. Ooh the irony. Tony thought. He was in a jam and he needed now more than ever to get Josette to forgive him. If she did then Ross wouldn't have a reason to kick him of the team and take is suit. And mabye the press would stop gossiping about him and his daughter after a while. Pepper seemed to be thinking along the same lines cause she said. "You really need Josette to forgive you", He sighed. "I know",

"But seeing how she reacted today I don't think it'll be anytime soon.", Tony said it was almost scary the way she'd reacted for a short moment it wasn't Josette who was standing there but... "So much like her mother", Pepper blinked. And Tony realised his mistake. He hadn't told Pepper about... her in lack of better words. "What?", his girlfriend asked. "Nothing", he quickly said. Hopeing that Pepper wouldn't bring it up again. She did. "You just told me that Josette was like her mother", Pepper said. "You told me you didn't remember her. That she was just a one night stand.", Tony gulped. He hadn't lied about the one night stand thing but he did remember her. She wasn't someone that you forgot easily. If ever.

"I like it when your jealous", He said trying to distract Pepper from the subject. "Tony", The redhead said with a warning voice. She wouldn't take any of his crap. And Tony knew she wouldn't let this subject go. It was better to just tell her and be done with it. "Alright. Well I didn't lie about the one night stand.", He told her. "Go on", Pepper said. "But you know how it is sometimes you remember them sometimes you don't", Tony said not wanting to elaborate. Pepper just looked at him cooly. "No I don't", She answered. "What made her so special", Tony just grinned at her. "She was very hot", Pepper raised her eyebrows. Clearly not beleaving that's how he remembered her. "you've slept with many very attractive women. If she just was... hot you wouldn't have remembered her", Tony sighed. Just tell her he said mentally to himself. It won't change anything. "She was also...", He started but had to surpress a shudder at the memory of her. "Cold as ice", He finally said.

To say Pepper was surprised was an understatement. She had been expecting everything from Tony being in love with her to the woman being just another passing fancy. But this was clearly not the case in either way. Tony didn't seem to be recalling an old lover when he thought of her, nor was she just another one night. No he was... afraid of her. But why?

"She was very mysterious.", Tony said looking her in the eyes. "Didn't even tell me her name", Pepper frowned that was... odd. "She didn't really seem to want me at first. But then something changed her mind.", Tony smirked at her. "I suppouse it was my natural charm.", Pepper smirked right back. "You mean your natural jackass side", Tony waved her off. "Whatever. Anyway. At first she was incredibly charming. But the more I talked to her the more I noticed that she was... caind of scary.",

"In what way?", Pepper asked. Tony answered imediately. "It was like she didn't have any emotions", Pepper shifted in her seat uncomfortable with the very thought of that. The woman almost sounded like a robot. "And she didn't give you any name?" Pepper didn't know why she asked but somehow it felt important. "Well she did give me a nickname", Tony answered. "What was it?", the redhead asked. Tony gave her his signature smirk to hide the unease that came whenever he thought of her. "The angel",
