Kevin's P.O.V

Clyde can do psionic blasts!

Well this isn't news to me, I've seen one before from a distance but it wasn't controlled.
This one was fully intended, but why would he show me this I don't get it.
Why is he even still sitting there with no fear of me hurting him?

Well he probably is a bit scared but it still doesn't bother him. I saw him flinch slightly when the ice shot from my hand but who wouldn't.
I could have taken off his head.

I've always had one fear my biggest fear of all and that is hurting people I couldn't stand it.
I never want to harm anyone, I can't go through that again.

"Kevin. You don't need to worry about hurting people. I know what your problem is and I can help you, you must embrace who you are."

"That psionic Blast you just saw, that was controlled do you know why?"
I look at him questioning his words.

"I don't know, why?"

"Because I realised that I can't change who I am the destruction they cause is a part of me and I wouldn't change that for anything."
He pauses.
"I may not be in full control but I can embrace the power."

He says with a reassuring smile on his face.
The coldness the ice the snow is all a part of me Kevin Stoley and I can't change it but I can embrace it.

I look at my hand him saying that seems to have made it normal again except for a few blue sparks that dance off of it naturally.

I take off my other glove to see the same thing and I am completely filled with happiness. I've never shown anyone my powers openly, everyone knows that they can be deadly but I wont hide them anymore.
That's probably why they were like that for so long because I was ashamed.

"How did you do that?"
"Not me you you've embraced it." He says happily.

I'm so over joyed there was one thing I wanted to do. With a flick of my wrist I make ice based fireworks appear in front of us. I have never felt so confident.
He gazes at them then turns to face me.

"WOW!" He exclaims clearly surprised.
"Now there's something I've never seen before."
All of a sudden the bell goes indicating first period.
A thought crossed my mind I smirk and he notices it.

"What are you plotting?" He asks curiously.
"Wait and see" I tell him.
I concentrate and then it happens I have made it snow inside the school.
"No fucking way!" Clyde almost screams.

As students begin to enter the building I see the shock on their faces.
Some are worried some are confused.
The whole scene was hilarious.
Then I remember about Clyde's ability.
"Oh gosh Clyde are you okay." I ask worriedly. He smiles back. "Never been better."

Clyde's P.O.V
I think helping him has helped me I managed to block out some people's feelings.
There is a few here and there but over all I'm making progress. When Kevin embraced his powers I saw the orange and brown disappear into the blue which became different shades.
I know the meaning of all of them.
So by looking at this Kevin is loving, caring and compassionate. It doesn't surprise me since the colours go with his powers.

He is very intelligent and sassy but he has seen shit in his life he may be happy but deep down even though he blocks it out he is still scared.
I want to change that I want him to see fully that he isn't dangerous.
I can make him feel confident in himself and i generally think we will be the best of friends.
