Chapter 6

"jeno-yah!! run!!" donghyuck yelled as soon as he threw a rock at bora's head. jeno snapped and pushed bora away before he ran towards the door as fast as lightning and donghyuck quickly closed and locked the door, leaving bora outside.

"holy cow! what the heck you're doing?!" jaemin yelled as he splashed some water onto jeno's face. jeno slapped his face a few times before looking at his friends. totally terrified.

"this can't be true! i must be dreaming!" jeno said and renjun took the opportunity to slap him across his face hardly.

"dude if you're dreaming then we all were dreaming!" he said frustrated. donghyuck pushed a cabinet behind the door and quickly sat near his friends.

"i can't believe we just invited a vampire to our trip!" donghyuck said trying his best to calm down.

"well, i can't believe we had lunch with a vampire everyday during lunch!" renjun said this time.

"how awful. i can't believe i have a crush on a vampire!" jeno blurted out and the dreamies looked at him.

"oh so now you're not denying it?" jaemin smirked and jeno slapped his arm and sent him death glares. "shut up jaemin! now's not the time!"

suddenly they heard the door banged and before they could ran the cabinet was thrown away and the door flew opened, revealing bora at the doorstep.

her sharp fangs were visible to them and her eyes were a nightmare to look at. the boys hugged each other cause there's nowhere to go. all the doors and windows were locked.

"please.... i can explain." bora said, taking a step ahead but donghyuck pulled out a pepper spray from his bag and pointed it at her.

"stay away from us, you monster! or else i'll use this deathly pepper spray on you!" he said confidently although his hands were a shaking mess.

bora shook her head and pleaded. "please.... i will not hurt you." she said again but jaemin yelled at her.

"liar! you tried to kill jeno by sucking his blood! we saw with our own eyes!"

the vampire gazes softened as she looked at the boys one by one. she felt guilty for scaring them. it's not her intentions at all to turn their trip into a complete nightmare.

"look... i'm really sorry for what happened back then. i lost control and i swear i have never intended to hurt any of you." she said again trying to gain back their trusts but the boys didn't buy it.

"you lost control once. you can lost control again." donghyuck exclaimed still aiming the pepper spray at her.

"yes! how can we trust you when you're clearly trying to kill our jeno!" renjun shouted this time and he was holding his friends really tight. probably because he was the most scaredy-cats among them all.

"i'm sorry bora but if you really not hurting us then you better leave." jaemin muttered, looking at her as she saw frightened in his eyes. bora turned her gazes to jeno.

"how about you? why don't you say anything?" she asked jeno but the boy just remained silent. he was still shocked and cannot think of anything. he was hoping that this was all just a nightmare.

"why? why did you do this to me? how could you?" jeno looked at bora in the eyes and slowly her dark eyes turned back into her normal eyes. she held back her tears and kneeled on the floor.

"i'm truly sorry jeno... i didn't mean to..." she said apologetically and suddenly she heard jaemin yelled.

"now!"

donghyuck pressed the pepper spray at her and she screamed in pain. without wasting any time, renjun grabbed one of jaemin's dad hockey stick and swung it with all his power at bora. the vampire knocked out and they all felt relieved.

"w-what should we do to her?" jeno asked, looking up at his friends. they all exchanged looks before dragged the girl to a pole at the living room and tied her tightly there.

"she will be unconscious for awhile. let's just go back to sleep." jaemin said and they went back to their sleeping bag.

however, this time they slept at the very edge of the room. they were a few meters away from bora but that's still not enough to make them feel safe. after a few hours they finally managed to sleep until morning came up.
