Adopted by Liam

Chapter 7

Madison's POV:

They were talking towards me. My jaw dropped.

"Hello, miss. How are you?" He said.

"I'm Liam."

"I'm Ma-Madison." I stammered.

"And I'm Sophia. Liam's girlfriend."

"It's, I mean, an honor to mee-meet you." I managed to utter.

I'm so stupid. I wanted to smack myself on the head. I'm just an idiotic fangirl. I doubt that they are adopting, but still! I didn't want to make a fool of myself.

"I'm sorry for being awkward. I've never met any celebrity, especially my idol." I gushed.

"It's fine. I get that all the time." Liam laughed, flashing perfect teeth and a gorgeous smile.

"So, Madison, tell us about yourself." Sophia asked with a sympathetic smile. She's obviously head over heels for Liam. I don't blame her. Who isn't?"

"Um, ok." I answered. U had a sliver of hope. Maybe these two will adopt me. But I highly doubted that. I proceeded with my story.

"My siblings, Nadine, Lily, and Alex-"

"You have siblings?" Liam asked.

"Yeah. that's them, right there." I said, pointing to the little rascals whom were playing an intense game of tag.

"They're adorable!" Sophia laughed.

"Thanks." I smiled. "So my siblings and I were left here, since our parents had passed away. We had no relatives that we knew of, so we couldn't stay with other family."

Their expressions were filled with kind sympathy, yet they didn't speak. They wanted to hear my depressing story.

"We were first adopted by a single mother who had always wanted kids. But she realized 4 kids were a pain in the butt." I let out a weak smile. "So she wanted to 'return' 2 of us, but we had to stay together. So back we went. A few months after, a mean couple adopted us. They made us work our butts off. They treated us like slaves. We were there for a ling time. Perhaps a year, even. One day, I decided enough was enough. I called the orphanage and told them what was going on." They had us returned to this place. Now here we are."

"That's so upsetting to hear. You went through a lot." Liam empathized.

I smiled weakly.

"Excuse us, Madison, but may we speak in privacy."

"Sure." I said, and advanced towards my siblings. Liam and Sophia were probably talking about how weird I was. An abandoned orphan with 3 siblings. Unwanted children.
