We were ready. After 2 years, we had decided we would adopt. We entered the limo, holding hands.
Danielle gave me a peck on the cheek. "I'm glad that we can have a child." Her miscarriage last year had left us both scarred. Fearful of losing another child, we decided to adopt. Also, we wanted to help a child out.
"Okay, where's this place, now?" Louis asked, Clutching Eleanor's hand. They were getting a kid too.
