"See you later kiddo! Have fun at school!" Dad yelled from his spot on the couch with the TV on.
"Are you even going to be home later? And I'm not five anymore. You don't have to say that..." I replied standing in the doorway with my bag slung over one shoulder.
"It's a secret."
"DAD! COME ON!!" And I slammed the door shut as I ran out of the house to the station.

"Today's training will be a little different. You'll have three instructors. Me, All Might, and another faculty member will be keeping tabs on you." Mr. Aizawa started. I guess the school really didn't want to take any chances with this.
"Sir? What kind of training is this?" Sero asked.
"Rescue. You'll be dealing with natural disasters. Shipwrecks, stuff like that."
Mr. Aizawa, I don't know if you could call a shipwreck a natural disaster, but I guess in the context of what he's talking about it works. I wanted to say that, but I held my tongue.
"Real hero stuff! This is what separates the men from the boys!" Kirishima said to Kaminari.
"I'm not finished yet. What you wear in this exercise is up to you. I know you're all excited about costumes, but keep in mind you haven't gotten used to them yet. This special training is at an off-campus facility so we will be taking a bus. That's all. Start getting ready." Mr. Aizawa then walked out of the room.
"I'm so excited, Fubuki! I can't wait!" Uraraka turned to me.
"Yeah. It seems cool." I replied not matching her enthusiasm. Sure rescuing people is a major factor in hero work, but what Dad said last night is getting to me. I don't use water for a reason, but it isn't a good one.
Is it bad to be afraid of your own power?
"Hey, Fubuki! Are you alright?" Uraraka asked when I was thinking to myself.
"Oh, I'm fine. Just thinking about something."
"Oh." Uraraka didn't have a reply. I stood up and walked over to grab my costume. This was going to be a long day.

"Deku? Why are you wearing your P.E. clothes? Where's your costume at?" Uraraka walked up to Midoriya. We were walking out together, and the straps on my bag refused to line up, which bothers me so much. I was as about as angry as Bakugou.
"You saw it after combat training it was kind of trashed. Oh and is Fubuki alright? She seems to be having issues." Midoriya pointed his gaze my way.
"IM FINE!" I yelled back frustrated, still adjusting the straps. I gave up and just pulled both sides as much as I could without cutting off circulation to my arms.
"Hahhhhhaaaaa...." Midoriya looked away and pretended he didn't see me. Uraraka patted his back.
"I didn't think she had a Bakugou side until now..." Uraraka looked down.
"WHAT DID YOU SAY!?" Screamed said person. At that moment our newly appointed class representative blew into a whistle.
"Gather around class 1-A! Using your student numbers form two neat lines so we can load the bus efficiently!"
When we boarded the bus, it wasn't a typical layout. I ended up sitting next to Midoriya.
"The bus's open layout ruined my boarding strategy." Iida leaned forward with his head in his arms.
"You can't win them all." I muttered.
"Iida you really need to chill." Ashido commented.
"If we're pointing out the obvious then there's something I want to say, about you actually." Tsu turned to Midoriya.
