Overprotective

Jacob's pov:

"The girls left hours ago I wonder what's taking them so long." Shawn says.

"I don't know man." I say.

"What if Nicole saw some hot guy and is with him now?" Shawn asks.

"What?" I asked shocked.

"No just think about it Nicole is a really pretty girl." Shawn says.

"Yeah and?" I say.

"And when we were getting off the plane I saw some good looking guys around, not gonna lie." he says making me laugh.

"Look at you being all over protective. It doesn't mean she is with a guy, and didn't you say you guys were dating?" I ask.

"Haha about that I never officially asked her." Shawn said chuckling nervously.

"What... you never asked her?" I say.

"No I didn't, so back to what I was saying Nicole could be out with some guy." he says.

"She not with some guy, she likes you too much to do that." I say.

"You really think so?" he asks.

"Yeah and I also think you should ask her out before you tell anyone else you guys are dating." I say.

"Oh my gosh." he says.

"What?" I ask.

"What if Jenah is rebounding right now and Nicole is with one of that guys friends?" Shawn says.

"There is no way that... wait what?" I ask.

"Well Jenah needs to rebound with someone." he says.

"No she doesn't." I say maybe a little too quickly because Shawn raises he eyebrows at me.

"Well she needs to get it out of her system before she goes on to someone else." Shawn says.

"No Jenah isn't like that." I say.

"You never know she could be going at it right this very moment with some 'hot guy' from here." Shawn says making quotations around 'hot guy'.

"Jenah wouldn't do that." I say getting slightly mad.

"Dude you barely know her and you don't know how she gets over break ups." he says.

"Even though I barely know I still know that she is a good person and wouldn't do that." I say getting angrier.

"Ohh now who's being overprotective." he says.

"Who's over protective?" Mckenzie (one of the girls' friends) asks.

"Oh nobody." we both say at the same time.

"Ok?" she says skeptically.

"When did you get here?" I asked.

"I landed about half an hour ago and was waiting for some guy to take me here. now I'm here." she says.

"So do you know who else is coming?" Shawn asks.

"I'm not really sure, but I think there are 7 or 8 of us." she says.

"Oh ok cool." he says.

Nicole's pov:

We walked into the house and saw that Shawn, Jacob and Mckenzie were talking.

"Mckenzie!" Jenah and I say loudly as we walk I've to give her a hug.

"Hey guys!" she says.

"Where were you guys?" she asks.

"Oh we went to this massage place and it felt so good then we went to the beach and say for a little just talking about random stuff." Jenah says.

I give her a weird look because she forgot to mention us running into her sister and cousin.

She just shakes her head and mouths 'I'll tell you later.'

Shawn and Jacob give us weird looks but we ignore it.

"Did anything else happen?" Shawn asks as if it's an interrogation.

"No." I say kind of confused.

"Did you want something else to happen?" Jenah asks.

"No we didn't." Jacob says interrupting what Shawn was about to say.

"What do you guys want to do now?" Mckenzie asks.

"I think we should just sit and caught up for a bit until the others show up." I say.

"How many other people are coming?" Jacob asks.

"Umm... I know for a fact two more but there might be seven more in the house over there." Jenah says pointing to the house next to us that was connected be a long deck.

"I didn't even notice that was there." Shawn says.

"Really? it was the first thing I saw when I was driven here." Mckenzie says with a giggle causing all of us to laugh.

"Well what's new?" I ask Mckenzie.

Yeah I know we are friends but she is one of those were it's like we are friends but we don't see each other that much.

"Well my little brother has a girlfriend now and he's 10." she says.

"Awe those great young relationships." Jacob says laughing.

"Oh haha do they do anything together?" Jenah asks.

"I really hope not." Mckenzie says.

Just then the door opens an Zoe and Daylen walk in.

"Hey guys." Zoe sad enthusiastically.

"Ehh." Jenah and I say together.

"What's your problem?" Zoe asks.

"How about we start with the fact that your a backstabbing bitch." Nicole says.

"Ouch that hurts." Zoe says putting her hands over her heart.

Shawn's pov:

"Yo what's up!" Daylen says while trying to give Jacob and I those awkward high five hug things.

Jacob and I look at him, look at each other and then look at him again.

"Oh it's gonna be like that huh? ok it's cool I can roll with that." he says.

"Why are you talking like that?" I ask.

"Like what player? I talk like this all the time." he says.

"Seriously?" Jacob asks.

"Yeah fool I do. Do you have a problem with that?" Daylen asks Jacob.

"Yeah this will be a loon week." I say.

"Nah bro well make it fresh." Daylen says.

"What?" Jacob and I say together.

"You heard me fag." he says to Jacob.

"What did you call me?" Jacob asks.

"I called you a fag." Daylen says.

"Why would you call him that he obviously isn't a fag." I say.

"Well I think he is one." Daylen says.

"Your one to talk Mr. dochepants." I say.

"Come on you can do better then that." he says.

"Alright how about this?" I ask.

"Your a fucking cheating dick wad." Jacob finishes.

Just then Daylen punches Jacob I the face.
