"Jamir wake yo ass up and get ready for school! I ain't gonna tell yo ass no more" I heard my mother yell for the tenth time

I turned over putting the pillow over my head tryna go back to sleep. A nigga was tired and honestly ain't feel like going to school.

I grabbed my phone off the night stand seeing it was 6:45. School started at 8 but since a nigga had to walk I needed to be out the crib by at least 7:10 since OG and pops worked

I scrolled through my notifications seeing hella messages from the homies asking what the moves were for today.

"Oh man yo OG about to beat the black off yo ass if she sees you still in bed" Nahla laughed sitting on the bed eating some chips

Nahla was a nigga's best friend since Kindergarden. I used to bully her ass until one day she came and gave my ass a mean ass right hook.

"How the fuck yo ass get in?"

"The front door duh"

"Girl don't duh me" I laughed

"I mean you acting slow like where else am I suppose to come in from? The wall?"

"Yeah maybe you'll knock some sense into you"

"I can't stand you" She rolled her eyes

I ignored her getting up from the bed so I could see what a nigga was gonna wear today.

I was honestly thinking some trues with a polo tee

"Nope put that shirt back" Nahla said shaking her head

She was basically my stylist cause if she ain't like what I had on she made a nigga change.

"Bruh there ain't shit wrong with this shirt"

"The colors ugly" She shrugged

"G you a bug"

"And this bug has yo ass fresh so don't complain. Wouldn't even have hoes if it wasn't for me" She flipped her hair getting up picking a shirt out

"Wouldn't have hoes?Yeah okay " I waved her off cause she know she lying

"Here this shirt with these jeans and your white ones" She handed me the clothes before going back to sit on my bed

I shook my head placing the clothes on the bed before walking out heading to the bathroom.

I walked in the bathroom setting my stuff down grabbing my phone so I could play some music as I showered.

As I was getting ready to shower I got a text from Nahla

MyDawg🤞🏼🖤: Leave the door unlocked. I gotta pee!😩

Shaking my head I went over to the door unlocking it for her before I got in the shower

"Wassup nigga"She asked as she walked in

"Showering fuck it look like" I yelled over the music

"Keep being smart and watch how I drown yo ass" She laughed

"Man just use the bathroom and get out"I told her even though I knew she wasn't gonna leave

This was the normal for us. We changed in front of each other and shit even chilled in the bathroom while the other showered. A lot of people found it weird but to us it was the normal. Been doing it since we was little ass kids.

"Aye what you doing today after school?" She asked

"Shit probably hang with the guys. You coming?"

"I can't. Grandma needs me to do some shit for her"
