Captain Jack Harkness had just shut the door behind him. I almost wanted to squeal in excitement, but I held it in. My room was quite small and bare. It had light brown walls, laminate floors, a small twin sized bed that looked like it came from the early 20th century. A bookshelf, a dresser, and and coat closet that looked like the one described in The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe. I opened the doors of the coat closet just to see what was in it. Nothing, but a bunch of hangers and mothballs.

Unlike Uncle Todd and Aunt Emily's flat, I had a place to put everything of mine, instead of living out of suitcases. I took out my Ipod, and connected it to the portable speaker I brought with me. I started to unpack, while listening, and singing along, to my music. I just hope Jack didn't mind.

After I had finished unpacking, I got all cleaned up, and got ready for bed. It had been a long day. But part of me didn't want to go to bed. So I decided to watch a movie that I downloaded on my ipod. I started drifting off to bed, and eventually fell asleep.

"Katie, you have to go. You have to get in a lifeboat." Jack said.

"But I don't want to. I want to stay with you Jack."

"You have to. I will find a lifeboat of my own. Just get in." He said as I gave way and finally found a seat on the lifeboat.

"I love you Jack."

"I love you too Katie. I will see you when the rescue boat comes." Jack said. The lifeboat was just about to make it's way down to the waters below.

"Jack!!!" I screamed. I quickly jumped off the lifeboat and back onto the ship.

"What did you do that for?" Jack asked.

"I couldn't bear not being with you." I said.

It was then that I woke up. I looked around the room. It was dark. I couldn't tell what time it was, because there were no windows. I grabbed my phone. It said it was 7:56.

"Oh crap! I have to get ready to go!" I quickly got up and out of bed. I grabed the first clothes that I saw, put them on, brushed my hair, and left my room.

As I came into the main room, I noticed that I was the only person there. Was I dreaming? No. I hear someone coming.

"Rough night last night?" I turned around quickly to see that it was Captain Jack Harkness.

"What are you talking about?" I asked.

"You talked in your sleep last night. Quite loudly. You were calling for me." He chuckled a little. "I'm flattered." He said.

Completely embarrased I said, "Oh. That's weird. Last night I had a dream that I was on the Titanic. A man named Jack was there. That must have been who I was calling."

"So you're telling me that you had a dream that you were on the Titanic, and you were calling for guy named Jack, and that Jack wasn't me?" He asked.

"Yes. I love reading about the Titanic."

"Okay then. Other than that, did you sleep well?"

"Yes I did."

"Good. Let's get some breakfast. Ianto! Where are you?" He yelled.

"Here. I made us pancakes. I didn't know what you would want to eat." Ianto said. "We loved listening to your music last night. It was quite fun dancing-" Ianto started to say as Captain Jack Harkness elbowed him in the gut.

I think my cheecks are starting to turn a bright pink color now. But this is fun. "Pancakes are good. About when do people start arriving here?"

"9:30ish. If it is a good day." Captain Jack Harkness looked at his giant watch thing he had on his wrist. "We still have about an hour left."

"Did you let Gwen know I am here?"

"Yes. And I let Toshiko know too. We plan on fixing what happened to your Aunt and Uncle, Katie." Captain Jack Harkness said.

"What about that Doctor guy? The time lord one."

"Can't get a hold of him." He said. "I am going to get ready to go. You can just wait here as everyone comes in."

I walked around for a little bit. Trying not to put a lot of weight on my knee. I hope Owen doesn't make me walk around with crutches. Then what am I going to tell Uncle Todd and Aunt Emily?

"Good morning!" Gwen said as she walked through the door. A few minutes later Toshiko walked in, "Here. Let me set up my computer. Jack, so you're saying that these people were just watching the Tele, and were brainwashed somehow?"

"That's exactly what I am saying. We have to get going now. Owen is going to meet us there. Let's move out!" Captain Jack Harkness said.

"Okay. Let me first put my lunch away in the fridge." Gwen put her lunch in the fridge and ran out of the door. "Katie how are you feeling?" Gwen asked.

"I'm doing alright. Jack has probably told you about what happened after he got there."

"No, I'm afraid he hasn't." Gwen said as we all started to get in the car.

"Well, I fell on my knee-"

"Yeah, but she was trying to carry her own weight down a flight of stairs." Ianto interrupted.

"Oh goodness. You're such a  tiny thing. You better be careful." Gwen said.

"I think I learned my lesson." I said. We still had a few minutes drive left before we got to my Aunt and Uncle's flat. Once we got there, we saw that Owen had gotten there first. We parked the car, and got out.

"It's about time you got here!" Owen said.

"I thought you were going to be late?" Ianto asked.

"Well, so did I, but here this is for you Katie. Crutches are waiting back at Torchwood."

"Do I have to use them?"

"Yes. Or would you perfer a wheelchair?"

"Enough chit chat, let's go inside." Captain Jack Harkness said. We headed up the stairs. I took the key out of my pocket, and unlocked the door. Uncle Todd and Aunt Emily was just as we left them last night.

"They look like zombies." Toshiko said.

"Let's get down to buisness." Captain Jack Harkness said.

"What happens if we turn the Tele off?" Owen asked.

"They say that the TV is what is keeping them alive. If I turn it off they die. I didn't want to take any risks." I said.

"Probably best not to." Owen said. As we all tried to understand the perplexing situation that in front of our eyes, we heard a strange noise that was coming from outside.

"It's him!" Captain Jack Harkness screamed. We all ran outside.
