I felt a tear slip out as I slid down the wall I sat on the floor with my head on my knees I threw the test at the wall I heard a knock at the bathroom door
"you ok aya" Jahseh said
"uh yeah, yeah," I said wiping my tears I put on a fake smile and opened the door Jah looked like he already took a shower
"my mom cooked breakfast," I said he had a big smile on his face he grabbed my hand and we walked downstairs my mom had plates laid out for the squad as in ski, jenesis, me Jah, Myra, Dani, Chrissy, Nathan, Carmen, Hennessy, and Michelle
I sat down at the table my mom grabbed a wine glass and put whine in it she set it in front of me I bit my lip and pushed it away
"girl if you don't drink it," she said
"I can't," I said
"GIRL," she said putting the glass in front of me
"I literally can't drink alcohol," I said pushing it back to her
"drink it you'll feel better," she said
"I can't drink because........ Im pregnant" I said looking down fiddling with my fingers and biting my lip Jah's mouth opened making the pancake he was chewing fall out on the plate my mom bit her lip everyone came downstairs
"what's up" ski yelled
"Aya's pregnant," Jah said getting up and grabbing his keys he opened the door and walked out slamming the door making me flinch I felt my eyes getting watery tears rushed down my face the door opened Cleo came through with groceries she set them down
"Hey," she said I sighed wiping my tears I got up and went to my room I slammed the door and locked it I laid on my bed and cried maybe it was a bad idea to tell her all I know is that I can't do it again I can't lose someone else I laid there looking at the ceiling I closed my eyes for a few seconds and I slowly drifted off

I opened my eyes it was still light outside I realized arms were wrapped around me I take a glimpse at the hands realizing they were Jahs I got out of his grip and got my phone I went downstairs and sat on the couch I just watched TV I got a little bored so I went to my suitcase and got out the bathing suit I changed into it and went downstairs I slid open the door and went to the pool I jumped in not thinking and just chilled swimming around whatever happens Im gonna love my baby no matter what I swam and chilled until I heard footsteps I just swam around til I saw Jah Just watching me I came up and pushed my hair back
