It was the day of the dinner party thing. I wasn't quite sure what it was to be truly honest. I just knew that a lot of people were invited. Even my Dad and Buster had become friends so he was coming too.
I just had to ask my Dad about what Imran had shown me. I got ready in a pair of black jeans and trainers, with a dark red t-shirt. I put on my red coat as I made my way down to the Hutch, however meeting y/n first.
-Y/n's POV-
This was it. This was the night I was finally going to show my arms. I had built up so much courage to do this. Nancy and Darren deserved to know. I put on my dark red dress and did my hair, finally leaving to go to the Hutch, waiting outside for Ollie.

When he arrived, I started to get slightly uncomfortable with my arms on show. "Wow," he said. "What? Do I look bad?" I asked, starting to panic. "No. You look amazing!" He gawped. I blushed slightly.
Ollie then coughed and held out his arm, speaking in a posh voice. "Miss l/n, I'm here to escort you to dinner." I laughed as I linked my arm with his and started to walk to the Hutch.
-Ollie's POV-
I linked my arm with y/n's. She looked amazing. And I was so glad she had decided to wear short sleeves. I was so proud of her.
We got to the Hutch and it looked like the party had started. People were dancing and having a good time. Y/n and I were sat in the corner, sipping on lemonade. "Have you asked your dad yet?" Y/n asked. I shook my head, until I saw him enter the males bathroom. "No, but this might be my chance," I said as I got up and followed him in.
When I got in there he was washing his hands. "Alright son? Having a nice time?" He asked me. I didn't say anything and just stood behind him. Come on Ollie! Just ask him!
"Were you raped, Dad?" I stutterd out with. He turned around to face me. "Raped? What sort of question's that?" Dad asked as the mood suddenly dropped. "I-it's just something I heard," I stuttered again. "From who?" he asked. It looked like he was getting angry.
"It doesn't matter who, does it?!" I said. "I just want to know if it's true," I added. Stay calm, Ollie. "Of course not," he said calmly. I looked in his eyes. He looked upset yet showed no emotion. "But...stuff-" he cut me off. "It's not true, alright?! Now I don't know who's been spreading rumors about me, but you're not to believe 'em. Do you understand!" He shouted, pointing a finger at me. Then somebody walked in.
"You do believe me, right?" Dad said, lowering his voice as the person went into the cubicle. "Yeah," I simply said nodding before leaving my Dad alone in the bathroom.
I told y/n what had happened as we drank our lemonade and spoke the rest of the night away.
