So maybe things in Hollyoaks wasn't going to be all that bad. I mean, I had made a friend, sort of. And I was starting a new school, where nobody knew who I was. Hopefully I won't get bullied in this school. Hopefully.
I heard Mandy on the phone, presumably to Nancy or Darren, my new foster parents. I heard her mention my name and what happened. My head still hurt. A lot.
Ollie was sitting at the kitchen table staring at me. I noticed.
"Are you OK?" I asked. He looked away sheepishly. "You've cut your head open and your asking me if I'm OK?" he chuckled. I laughed slightly and shook my head. "I guess I am," I said.
At that moment I heard a knock at the door. A woman with bright red hair walked in with a man with brown hair followed her. They looked kind. Hopefully their personality is as good as they look.
As soon as they saw me they rushed over to me. "Oh my gosh, are you OK?" the woman asked. I nodded slightly. The man stood behind her with his hands in his pockets. I dont think he was sure of what to do. "Well I'm Nancy and this is Darren," she pointed out as she gestured up towards the man behind her. "Hi y/n," Darren said with a kind smile on his face.
"Lets take you home huh?" Nancy said with concern. I nodded she helped me up but I stopped and stared at Ollie. "Hey Ollie, thanks for helping me today..." I said with a smile. His cheeks turned red. "Errr...no problem," he said quickly then turned away, trying to hide his blushing cheeks. Nancy and Darren helped me out the door as I made my way to my new home.
