-Ollie's POV-
With the bottle of wine in my hand, I entered the changing rooms of the academy to see a sweat-soked Buster, putting his grey jacket on. "Hey, one beer and now he drinks wine," he joked. I stared at the bottle and handed it to him.
"It's to say sorry for lying, and thanks for taking me to the trials today," I thanked him as he took the wine.
"Well, I was getting a bit worried about you. I was wondering if you were having problems at home. And I thought it was odd that your dad wasn't on the sidelines cheering you on. You've fallen out again, haven't you?"
I sighed. "Kind of," another sigh.
"Look, I took that off him before he could drink it," I say, gesturing to the wine."Sounds like he's still battling his demons," he says, concerned.
"And my step-mum," I add."Things are pretty bad at home for me too. The Nightingales have been through so much, I never know what mood I'm going to walk into. What I'm saying is, I understand. Ollie, you know you can always talk to me. I'm your coach and your mate, aren't I?" He asked, jokingly punching my leg.
"Yea," I sighed again.
"What's up?" He asked.
"Mandy's been seeing someone else, and my fans not coping. All I wanna do is make him proud, but how can I do that when all he cares about his her?" I asked."Well, whenever you cant face going home, see this academy as your safe place," he offered.
"Thanks, Buster,"
I was just about to get up and leave before he stopped me. "While you're here, let me take another look at that injury," he said.
"Whatever you say, boss," I said as he shut that changing room doors.
