Just a cold and rough day {Sal x Reader}

Reminder: Sal and you share a room now in Addison appartments. You have a job at a restaurant as a waitress.

Y/n was struggling at work today after the power went out from the thunderstorm.
They asked their boss it he could let them leave early before the rain comes back. He declined, and told them to stay a few more hours.

When those few hours ended, they grabbed their things and walked home in the rain. They walked to the apartment to see most of the lights off.
It was almost midnight.

They walks inside to feel the warm air hit their cold, wet body. They go to the elevator to see Ash sitting there. She noticed y/n first.
"Well hey y/n!" She waved to y/n. She then noticed how tired y/n looked. "Rough day?" She asked as she laid her hand on y/n's shoulder. "Yeah.. Kinda had a power outage at work.."say as Ash let's out a nervous giggle. "Well that kinda happened here too." She said as y/n let out a growl.

Ash pats y/n's back. "Well I never thought there was stairs until today, so go take the stairs to your room and then relax.." Ash said as y/n sighs. "Relaxing is all I really need right about now.." Y/n says as Ash smiles softly.

Y/n's POV

I said good night to Ash before taking the stairs to my room. When I did I immediately kick my shoes off and go to the couch. I groan into the couch, feeling my body slide down off of the couch slowly.
I then felt my stomach grumble.
Damn it I'm hungry.

I go to the kitchen and look for some food. I then heard a door open near me with meowing. I went in the fridge and grabbed a drink and opened it.
I then felt two arms wrap around me from behind.

"Hey Sally Face."

He nuzzles his head on my neck. "Hey y/n.." He said as I put my drink on the counter. I turned around and kisses his head, well the mask head. "You don't look too well.." Sal said as I let out a sigh. "Yeah.." Was all I said.
He looked down at my were clothes. "Do you want me to start up your shower?" He asked with his head turning a bit. I nod, feeling the cool air hit me. "M-maybe turn on the h-heat too." I say while slowly beginning to shiver.
He nods and walks speedly to the bathroom to start up a warm shower.

I walked to the bathroom and saw him feel the water, checking if it's warm. I smiled softly as I watched the blue haired boy look over at me.
"It's ready." He says as he walks up to me. I smiled like a goof. "Thanks Sally Face." I kissed the head of his mask. He left the room to let me take my shower.

When I finished taking that amazingly warm shower, I walked to the bedroom, wrapped in a towel, to get my clothes.
I got dressed into a f/c oversized long sleeve shirt, some f/c sleep pants, and some f/c socks. I felt so comfy now. I walked out of the room to see Sal in the kitchen on the phone.

"Yeah, just two... Large...okay um.. Addison Apartments room 402...thanks." Sal looked over at me. I know what he just ordered.
"So.. Pizza tonight?" I asked as he nods. "It's the only kind of food I could think of." He says as he walks over to me.

"Oh and don't worry.. I ordered one with a load of pineapples since I know you just love pineapples on your pizza!" Sal said.

I glared at Sal.

"I'm just kidding! I ordered one cheese and one pepperoni." Sal said as I sighed. "You monster.." I say with a smirk. He walks up to me and hugs me.
"Agh! The monster is attacking me!" I say dramatically. I heard him snicker.
"Well my little minion is coming to help me." He said with another snicker. I turned around to see Gizmo walking over to me.
"Oh noo the little minion is gonna kill me!" I say as Gizmo meows.

Sal picked him up and held him near him.
"Gizmo Attack!" He told Gizmo.
Nothing happened...

Until Gizmo put his paw in my face.

I snickered and Pat Gizmos head.
"Well the monsters minion got me.. I'm dead." I slowly went to the floor and acted dead. Gizmo meowed at me and jumped on me, making me say "OOF!"
He meows and lays oh my stomach.
"Guess he had second thoughts." I say as I giggled.

The rest of the night just made my day get better with pizza, warmth, Gizmo, laughter, and Sal.
