Peter was snuggled up on the couch against May. It had been an annoyingly long day and now the television was on, broadcasting a press conference with Steve Rogers.

"Mister Rogers, were you and Sam Wilson aware of Mister Rockwell's intentions before it haopened?" The name behind the face was finally released to the public as Jim Rockwell, age, 62, father of three, deceased.

"Of course not. If we somehow knew the unpredictable, the entire situation would have been handled differently," Steve frowned, he was worried that people believed he wasn't telling the truth.

" Sir, was anyone other than Jim Rockwell injured in the blow? "

Steve took in a deep inhale and let it out, "Sam Wilson got wounded-"

The television screen flashed to black and Peter looked over at May, confused on why. She smiled and sat up, "It's a school night, you need to get some sleep. I know you went out on patrol without telling me last night. It won't happen again, right?"

Peter frowned, " No, I'm sorry. It won't happen again. " and he trudged off to his room.

"Peter! Is the Falcon okay? My mom had Captain America's conference on last night!" Ned seemed genuinely worried as he ran up to Spider at his locker, which was weird because they'd never met before.

" I think he'll be okay, he's been sleeping a lot actually. Well, nevermind- Sam sleeps in super late on normal days, " Peter laughed as he closed his locker to see Flash and Harley walking in their direction. They didn't seem to notice the boys at first, but Flash caught Ned in th corner of his eyes.

"Yo! Ned, Penis! Guess what Harley told me! He has actually met Tony Stark before, and he doesn't have to lie about it!" Flash Thompson smirked as he thought he was calling Peter out for his bluff.

"That's super cool!" Ned grinned being his typical fanboy self. "Peter knows Tony! They're basically family!"

" Dude... " Peter sighed, knowing that his best friend was going way overboard with this.

"Family," Stupid Flash scoffed, being an ass as per usual. "Even if you do have a Stark Internship, which you don't, why would Tony Stark himself know you exist?"

"Y'know what, shut up Flash," to everyone's surprise, Harley erupted at the bully. "You're being a complete jerk, no wonder no one wants to hang out with you- and I though you were the one being picked on."

Flash laughed, "Your siding with this nerd? I thought you were my friend." He refused to let anyone else get the last word so he quickly stormed off.

"Thanks," Peter grinned, facing Harley. "Not too many people have the guts to stand up to Flash."

"No problem," he shrugged. "I just couldn't watch as Flash was being an asshole." They all laughed and headed down the hall. "Do you mind if I sit with you guys at lunch? Even if I wanted to, I don't think Flash would let me sit with him."

"Sure," Ned said. "There's plenty of room at our table, we're not that cool in case you haven't noticed."

Eventually lunch came along and Harley Keener did indeed sit with Spider-Man and his "Guy in the chair," though Harley didn't know that. Suddenly a brilliant idea sparked into Ned's mind and he nearly fell out of his seat.

"Harley! You should come with me to Peter's place! It's huge I don't think anyone would mind," his smile stretched across his entire face with excitement.

Dude. Peter felt the itch to face palmed, but held it back not wanting to be rude.

Harley's grin easily rivaled that of Ned's, "Sure, I don't think my mom would care. She's usually pretty busy anyways."

"It's cool with you, right Peter?" It was then that either of them actually noticed his existence, despite it being "his" house they were planning to hang out at.

"I-I guess," Peter didn't know, actually, Tony could be furious. Sure, he'd supposedly met Harley before, but it wasn't like they knew each other, and now he was being invited into the home of a billionaire amongst other thing. Plus, it wasn't only Tony to worry about, Bruce was staying for the week along with Steve and of course Sam who was still recovering.

"Great!" Ned high fived Harley. "Just meet us outside of school, Peter's always got a ride home."

"Yeah..." Peter cringed at what was going to happen.
