Rest In Peace Stan Lee
Without you I wouldn't be who I am today

Peter ruffled out his bed head. Things managed to somewhat go back to normal for Spider-Man, apart from the newly developed curfew and rules from May. The poor kid was still as exhausted as ever, but his pained ribs had finally healed.
It was a sunny Saturday, meaning no school for the next two days. Mr. Stark told Parker that the Avengers were doing something this weekend. Assumably, it would be some sort of mission infiltrating an enemy base or something like that, and as per usual, Peter'd get left behind. Sure, he wasn't an "official" Avenger yet, but he lived in the compound, he fought crime, he was basically an unofficial Avenger in his book. He pulled a plain colored shirt over his head and a pair of sweat pants, his outfit completely clashed with his brightly colored fuzzy socks but he didn't care. It was nearing late fall, almost thanks giving, so all that mattered was that his feet stayed warm.
Peter lazily shuffled out of his bedroom and to the common room. Clint Barton and Bruce Banner were lazily sprawled out on the couch watching reruns of Friends and sipping on coffee. May was assisting Steve in making breakfast, she was dressed for work, alas, a late shift. The woman had already become much more comfortable around the Avengers, she was actually enjoying herself here, and Tony, Sam and Natasha were still apparently sleeping.
With a yawn, the kid tiredly greeted everyone, "G'morning." Captain America smiled at him and served him a nice plate of eggs and ham. "Hey, aren't you guys doing something today?"
"Oh yeah, there's a few people coming over tonight," Rogers took the bowl of pancake batter that May had finished making and poured it on the gas stove. "It's the third annual game night."
Bruce shouted over his shoulder, actually pulling himself from his favorite sitcom, "They call it an annually thing, but I don't think I have enough fingers to count how many times we've done this game night."
"So you guys aren't leaving?" Parker grinned from ear to ear with joy. He did not want to be left behind again.
"Yep," Clint laughed never leaving his eyes from the television. "You're stuck with us all night."
Barton said it as if it were a bad thing, game night with the Avengers? Who wouldn't want that? Dang, Ned would flip out, he'd ask to come, no not ask, beg.
Peter quickly shoveled his food into his mouth and rushed off to his room, it's probably be another few hours before game night started, but he was overly excited.

The kid stepped out of his room after an attempted marathon of Harry Potter movies. "Attempted," meaning that he fell asleep half way through the second one, it's not a fan favorite. He walked in to hear loud chatter amongst a large group of people.
"Hey? Wh-what's going on?" He rubbed his eyes.
"Hey, morning sleeping beauty," Tony stood up and roughly put a hand on the kid's shoulder. "It's game night kid. You should sit down, grab a drink- actually... don't grab a drink your fifteen." In case it wasn't noticeable, Tony Stark had helped himself to a drink or two. "Here let me introduce you to everyone...
"Over there, that's Black Panther and his sister," he dropped his voice to a low mumble that only Peter could hear. "In all honesty I can't remember their names.
"That's Bucky Barnes, and uh, Rhodey- I think you've met Rhodey before." Iron Man looked amongst the crowd of people, next to Rhodey, sat Pepper Potts. Parker had met Pepper before, she did live at the compound, but she was a busy woman, so they didn't see each other much. "Then there's Thor, I'm sure you've heard of Thor, he's from space." Peter nervously waved, the amount of heroes in the room was unbelievable.
Thor Odinson got up from his seat on the sofa, "Ah, you must be the Spider Boy I've heard about. I am Thor, God of Thunder, but you can just call me Thor, you can use the full title if you want to though." He laughed, but his introduction was genuine. "Sorry that Loki couldn't make it, he was busy."
Stark looked at the man redundantly, "Thor, Loki wasn't invited. Why would he be invited, he attacked us..."
"Oh Stark! I think we can both agree that he's made up for his crimes," he chuckled and looked at Peter, ignoring Tony's completely confused face. "You can sit next to me and the Falcon, young spider." They boy walked and took a seat.
The next ten minutes were filled with chatter and arguments over who would be on who's team in Monopoly. In the end, Peter found himself being paired up with Bruce Banner.
"C'mon Steve!" Black Panther's sister, whom Peter learned to be Shuri, stood up from her chair. "Leave some things for the rest of us to buy!"
"It's not me, it was Bucky's idea!" Rogers defended, throwing his partner under the bus.
"You're supposed to be on my side!" Bucky tried to frown, but couldn't help but laugh because he was but all of his friends' asses in Monopoly. And in the end, even Tony Stark wasn't a billionaire anymore.
A/N
Short chapter, but it's actually a light hearted one, and in the next chapter, our two favorite nerdy, teenage, meme lords will be up to their no good antics.
