In the interrogation room with the victim's boyfriend:
"Mr. Cooper where were you yesterday between 2 and 5pm?" Beckett asked him
"I was in my house" David answered
"did anyone see you?" Castle asked this time
"No I was alone" He said with a jackass face, which made Castle and Beckett immediately know that he was obviosly the killer
"What was the last time you talked to your gilrfriend?"
"Yesterday night, why? You think I killed her?"
"Your the main suspect, and looking at the fact that you used to abuse of her in every way, everything is too obvious"
"But i didnt, I loved Carly, she was the love of my life and we were both very happy the way we lived"
"So why did you killed her?" Beckett asked him
"You cant prove it was my that killed her do you? cause if you do, I would be already in ail, you dont have any proves" ha said and Beckett was completely annoyed
"Beckett" Castle whispered "He's wearing a belt"
"What a coincidence Mr Cooper, Im sure if i took the belt your wearing right now and take it to the morgue it will be the exactly match to the one that killed Carly"
"Take it" The guy said already handing her the belt, Beckett putted the belt in aplastic bag and Esposito came inside to pick it up
"You cant charge me, so I think I can go, i have nothing mor to do here"
"Dont leave town" castle said and him and Beckett went to the observation room where Gates, Ryan and Esposito were waiting for them
"He's our killer" Ryan said
"Do you think the belt is going to match?" Esposito asked them
"I hope so"
"How do you guys knew he was our killer?" Ryan asked
"I dreamed about this, dont tell that Im crazy cause unfortunately Castle had already told me that, but the dream lead me to the killer, I told him about the dream and he just followed the dream like me" Beckett explained looking at castle
"Your crazy" both Ryan and Esposito said at the sme time looking at their friend
"Hey where's Tom and Jessica?" Castle noticed they were missing
"You really wanna know?" Espo asked with a disgusting face
"Yeah" Castle asked with his curious face
"in the bathroom throwing up" Ryan answer
"Ok, now I dont wanna know" Castle said also with a disgusting face
"Why did you do that face? you used to do the same thing Tom is doing when I was pregnant. helping jessica!" Beckett said
"But that was you, not Jess" Castle said and Beckett hit him in his arm making him letting out an 'ouch'
Gates that was right there with them, was hearing everything "Jessica's pregnant? and Tom and she are together?"
They all had forgot Gates didnt knew about them , well they shouldn't be a problem, they were just like Castle an Beckett but Gates seemed pretty angry after hearing this"
"Shit" Esposito said drinking his coffee
They exited the interrogationg room heading to their desks, Tom and Jessica were already there and Tom asked:
"How did it go the interrogation?" No one answered and they saw the looks on their friends face, then Gates exiting the room behind them. Ryan sat next to Tom and said:
"Sorry dude, we didnt meant it" And both Tom and Jessica sent the for of them a mad look
"Detectives Tom and Jessica, my office NOW" Gates said opening the office's door
They were now inside talking with Gates and the other were exchanging looks, they really didnt meant it, they had forgot gates was even there, but their thoughts were cut by the elevator ding
They saw Maddy coming in their direction
"What time is it?" Beckett asked
"1pm" Castle answered
"Oh right, today is friday"
Every friday at one o'clock Maddy goes to the precicnt and spend the afternoon there, at 4pm they pic the kids and go to the park with Ryan Jenny and Sarah Grace, and Maddy always lunch with the in the precinct
"Hey Mom hey dad, and everyone" She said looking at Ryan and Espo
"Hey" they answered
"Maddy, you ok? you seem sad?!" Beckett asked her
"Im fine mom, can you just give me a hug" Maddy asked. and Beckett hugged he, Maddy then whispered in her ear: "Im just with my period, you know how it is" When Maddy has her period, she gets very quiet and sensitive and cries for everything, its normal. Beckett smiled hearing her, both her and Castle are proud of Maddy, they love her as she is their daughter,, she could had choosen better familly 4 years ago when they adopt her.
From beckett's shoulder, Maddy saw her uncle and her aunt in Gates office. Broke the hug:
"What are they doing in there? Did Gates find out?"
Everyone looked at her raising their eyebrows "Tell me you didnt told her?!" The girl asked understnding that look.
"We forgot Gates was right next to us in the interrogation room" Ryan said
"So you have a case in hands?" she asked looking at her parents
"We do sweetheart" Castle answered
"So that means you're not coming to the prk today?"
"Unfortunately yes, so you'll need to pick up your brother and sisterand you take them to the park, Jenny will be there with Sarah Grace" Becketrt said and the looked at Ryan who also wasnt going.
If they have a case on fridays, they dont go home in the usual schedule
"Actually she dont needs to, I'll call Jenny and tell her to pick up your kids after taking Sarah and then she can come here and take Maddy with them and they can go all together to the park"
"So I'll need to call the kindergarten telling is Jenny who is going to pick them up, not Maddy" Beckett said handing her phone and walked away from them to talk with the teacher. Maddy sat in Beckett's chair when she stood up, and Castle looked at her with an odd look:
"What is it dad?"
"Mom is coming you better stand up" he said and she stood up
"Its fine sweetie, you dont need to stand up, can stay sit" Beckett told her and she sat back
"What?!?!" Castle screamed
"Castle, you having a break down?!" Beckett asked him looking with that 'what the hell is wrong with you?' look
"She can sit in you chair and I cant?!" Castle asked looking like a 5 year old crying for a candy
Beckett went to the bck of his cahir and putted her hands on his shoulders, she got her mouth closer to his ear and whispered:
"Keep that excitement for tonight" she said and he bite his lower lip
"Can you guys not flirt here" Esposito asked and at the same time Tom and Jessica came out of Gates office
"How did it go?" Beckett asked Jessica
"She was just mad at us for didnt tell her earlier" Tom answered but still mad at them.
