"All I know is you better not be using her for a rebound."

He shakes his head quickly. "You know I'm not like that Z." Nick smiles. "Be honest with yourself out of all of us, you trust me the most with her."

I rub my chin with a laugh. "I don't know you did cheat."

Nick flicks my shoulder. "Man stop with all that, we straight?" He says sticking his hand out.

I purse my lips with a sigh, but nod grabbing it. "Yeah man, we cool."

"How's operation ignore Zion going?" Kékéli teases making me roll my eyes.

"It's not an operation." I say quoting her. "I just need some time to think."

She lets out a laugh. "I know, just trying to brighten your mood." Kékéli says making me gush at her words.

"But really I don't blame you."

I raise my brow. "Why's that?" I ask, Kékéli strides over to my bed laying besides me.

It was day two of our little vacation, but the two of us had woken up early for no reason.

"Because the boy has done some questionable things." She says shaking her head. "But really, when he used to be home everyday I'd do anything to get time away from him."

I laugh propping myself to my stomach. "I bet you miss him now though huh?" I ask her turning our conversation a bit more serious.

"Yeah I do." Kékéli says biting her lip. "While he's annoying and all he's still my little brother. I just want to make sure he's safe when he's not home you know?" She says rhetorically.

"But he's grown now—he's not a little kid."

I nod for her to continue knowing she wants to say more. "With him and the guys living in LA they have to be. If not things would turn into chaos, but I trust those boys more than anything."

"I'm sure he's always missing you Kéli, nothing to worry about." I assure her making her laugh.

"Oh trust me, I know he does." She says adjusting herself. "He calls Elom and I every night."

I try not to fond over what she says, but it's sort of hard not to.

Kékéli gives me a smug look. "What?" I ask confused. "You're thinking about him aren't you?"

Before she can tease me I grab a pillow close by throwing it at her. "Shut up." I giggle.

We both laugh as she throws one back at me.

A knock at our door makes our actions come to a stop. "Come in!" I shout. "I see you two girls are having fun." Mandy says with a smile.

I smile back warmly. "Morning Mandy." Kékéli smiles at her mom. "Morning mom." She says with a little wave.

"Good morning girls, I just came in to tell you two that breakfast is made." She smiles.
