Okay? Okay... (part 1)

Distraction

'7am...' I jump out of bed and start dancing to my alarm and sang along with it. "Its Friday, Friday, gotta get down on Friday!" I fell over laughing. I hit my alarm and said "Sorry Bec. I love ya, but I still got school."

I put on black and blue dc hightops, light skinny jeans, a blue T.G.I.F. shirt, and a black hoodie. I put my hair in a loose bun and off I was! ..To the bus stop.

I run out of the school and hop into Ricky's car before Trevor could see us. Kian had opened the door and I literally superman flew it in. So my feet were on Kian, my head was on JCs lap, and my head hit the other car door. We drove off and I fell into the floor.

Rubbing my head I sat up and said "Well that was risky. What if some random chick saw you guys?" They all shrugged and I sat in my seat.

We pulled up to my house and they helped me grabbed the party boxes. I walked out with the last box and saw the bus go by. "Shiz." I heard JC say.

I through the stuff into the car and ran like a friekn cheetah. I surprised myself how fast I was running. I mean, I was literally caught up to the bus. I kept at a steady pace and looked at the bus. Trevor was staring at me and by the look on his face I could tell he was thinking, What the hell?

I smiled and waved and slowed down. I don't know how but I jumped onto the back of the bus. It stopped and I jumped off. I was on the wrong side, but I heard a faint "Lindsey?" The bus pulled away and I saw Trevor looking around. I put on a creepy face and put my hands in my pocket.

He turned around and jumped. I started laughing and he put a hand on his chest like he had a heart attack. We went inside and he dropped his backpack. And we sat on the couch.

I knew it'd be an awkward conversation. But he decided to talk. "Why were you putting boxes into Ricky's car?" He asked. I went wide eyes and looked at him. "Oh..uh... we're selling some stuff and the guys were taking it to a nice area where people would come and buy it." I awkwardly smiled and sat back.

"Wanna got to the mall?"

With a bunch on bags in our hands, we walked up to my room and sat on the floor. "Hey Lindz, I forgot to tell you, Im gonna be going back to my moms for the rest of the school year. So Ill be on a different bus." "When?" I asked. "Next Tuesday. And wait, I thought you sold stuff." "Yeah, I did. What why?"

"Well your room looks the same." "Does not! Im gonna change. Get out." I pushed him out and changed. I put on baggy grey sweats and black Vans. I let him back in and he remembered something.

"Dang. Forgot my penny board. I really want froyo too." I jumped in front of him and said "Ill get it." I grabbed nova and headed out the door.

I walked in and the place looked amazing. Disco ball, streamers, the sign, the food was set up, it was gonna rock. I walked into the kitchen and Kian and JC were eating chips. Kian looked at me and then made a weird face. Followed by covering his mouth, awkwardly smiling and shifting in his seat, and then waving. He closed his eyes and sighed.

Then it hit me. I remembered watching him saying my outfit, on a girl, turned him on. It weirded me out that me, someone thats 3 years younger, might've just given him a fucking boner. Blah. I went to Trev's room and grabbed his penny board.

I walked out and saw JC and Sam rolling around on the floor. "What the hell happened to you two?" I asked putting a hand on my hip. "Nothing, nothing. It's just that..Kian went to go fix his boner!" Sam said making himself and JC burst with laughter. I had the worst mental image ever, and left grossed out. Kian shouldn't have gotten a boner THAT easily. God, eww.

I opened my bedroom door and Trevor was asleep on the floor. I had about an hour till I wanted to get ready for the party at 7, so I laid down on the floor too and fell asleep.

I had a dream. It was so peaceful and sad. I woke up in a house, the sun coming in from the window. I got up and I was in a dress, like Tris's on divergent. I got up and walked outside. I was a beautiful sun rise. Surrounding my house was a huge wheat field. Everything looked golden.

I ran through the field, laughing and enjoying myself. I rolled down a hill and came to a river. It didnt have a strong current. So I took off my dress and I was in jean shorts and a T. I floated in the water and decided to get out. I walked on the dirt and my hair felt weird.

I put a hand on my head and looked at in. My hand was bloody. And so were my legs, and clothes. I looked at the river and it was blood red. Then a body appeared. Then another, and another. I ran down and I was surrounded in my friends and family's bodies. Trev, Taylor, Alexis, Justiss, Jessica, Kat, and many more.

I put my fingers through my hair and felt something. I looked at my hand and I held a bloody knife. I walked up the hill and slit my throat. My dad walked up to me and closed my eyes. And I woke up.

I looked over and I was cuddling Tr- CUDDLING TREVOR?! "AAHHH!" I screamed. I jumped away and woke him up. "What?" he asked. "Nothing."
