*hey. So im really sorry. I am. I've been slacking and things have been hectic. I finally am getting my own room, we jut got a family car, blood is coming from my ear which is actually freakish me out, Halloween, my dad, and I turned 12! one more year and it'll be the shit. but yeah. here's a chapter for y'all. enjoy ;)*
We walked on the side walk and I had my sweater on and he had his jacket. "Where'd you get that? I never knew there was a bad side to Trevor." He chuckled saying "There isn't. This was my dads. I found it in a closet and he told me to keep it. I just never really wear it."
We just kept walking in a weird silence. The out of the blue, Trevor grabbed my hand and started running pulling me with obviously.
"Trevor stop!" I said catching my breath. "I do short distance running. Whee are we going?" "You'll see. C'mon lets go!"
We walked down to a ditch and there was a huge culvert. We walked through it and appeared on a beach on the other side. "Oh my gosh! I really need to open my eyes!" It was so pretty out. The sky was starting to turn orange and pink. I hate to admit it, but its actually beautiful.
"Its so pretty here! How did you find that culvert?" I asked. "I don't exactly remember. I remember I was little. We came to this restaurant and me and Blake said we were running away. He said to get in the ditch to hide, and we found this I think. But we went back because we were hungry and we never ate our food." "Well you sure were a rebellious kid." he nodded saying "Yup. I remember another time-" "Save it!"
We kept walking but the water was too tempting. I took off my shoes and Trevor did the same. I walked to the shallow part of the water. We both just stood there and I looked over. Trevor had his eyes closed and I grabbed water and through it on his face.
The cold water surprised him and he fell over. Into the cold ass water. I stood there laughing soo hard. Well, until I was pushed into the water. But I got my revenge. I grabbed Trevor's ankle and tripped him. Yeah, I know. When I get people back its a bitch.
"Oh my god Lindsey! Ow." "Haha. Yeah sorry. Competitive side kicked in."
We both got up and I took off my now soaking sweater. Trevor hadn't been wearing his coat. He was just carrying it now. "Hey. Can I use that?" He nodded and gave me his coat. I put it on my shoulders and folded my arms.
"Just a little further." I heard Trevor mutter. "Wait what?"
Just then he ran behind me and covered my eyes with his hands. "Wait what the fudge?" "Just let it happen." "Let what happen?!" I asked confused. "You'll see."
We kept walking, well at least I was being guided. And finally we were at "the place." He uncovered my eyes saying tada! And well. I was slightly moved. There was a blanket laid down under a short palm, and the tree had christmas lights in it and there was a basket next to the tree.
"Oh my gosh! Trevor! What is this?" "Well, I figured he'd say no soo.." I hit him and then said sorry. Considering he set all this up. I walked over and sat down. "Dinner for two?" Trevor asked raising his eyebrows repetitively. I laughed and asked "Do I even want to know?"
Trevor pulls pulls out two pbandjs. " I tried to make small steaks but..." "Im not one for class anyways." We laid down as we started to see stars. We could've been there for 15min, and it still could've felt like forever.
"Man I can't wait to get home. I mean, I love it here and I had a great time but, I just wanna throw this thing away!" "But that's MY coat!" Trevor said worried for his precious leather jacket. "No no no no not your jacket! I think it's awesome! I love it. I meant this godforsaken dress." He smiled and got up.
"Before we leave, I just wanted to give you this." He handed me a box. Fairly good sized. Jk. "After a WONDERFUL dinner like this, what more could I need?" I asked. " I never said that you needed it. I just wanted to give it to you."
I took off the paper and opened the present box. Inside, was the greatest camera I'd ever seen. My eyes went wide, my jaw was on the ground. I was astounded. Then at the bottom, there was a silver heart shaped charm, an on the back, words read, you look so perfect.
I attacked the charm to the camera and turned it on. Surprisingly it was ready to go, but it looked untouched. I started recording saying,
"Hey guys. I uh, just got done with dinner with Trevor's parents, and they sorta like me! Yay! But Im using a new camera. Obviously it must look different, Ive had the same camera since I was 11. But he just gave it to me at this little place and well, he's awesome." I kissed him on the cheek and turned it off.
"Lets go to your place." He said. We walked off the beach hand in hand. Then, he gave me a piggyback ride because I suck at walking in heels and I hate bridal style. When we finally got home it was about midnight and we had to quietly go up to my room.
I changed. Then he also changed because I have guys clothes.
We got on my bed and I taught him how to play minecraft. When we were tiered, I rolled over. He tried to put his arm around my waist but I slapped him saying "Back off. Private property." I heard a chuckle and that's what ended my night.
