Harry:
You tried to occupy yourself as much as possible ever since the break-up with Harry. You didn't think you would take it this hard. It was a beautiful day outside so you decided to go jogging in the nearby park. You were out of shape and this was the perfect way to distract yourself. You despised all the loving couples around you as you ran laps around the park. It was like they were all taunting you. There was one couple in particular holding hands right in front of you that sickened you the most. The familiar lock of curly hair reminded you deeply of someone. It wasn't until the boy looked to the side, revealing his face, that you noticed you knew exactly who it was. You let out a gasp. "Harry?" Suddenly, your face was met with the ground as you tripped over a rock causing you to fall. You hoped no one saw this incident but unfortunately, you created quite the scene. "[Y/N]?" Harry called after you. He instantly ran by your side to help you up. "Are you alright?" He asked, concerned. You waved your had dismissively. "Yeah, yeah. I'm fine." Harry nodded. You looked over at the girl he was with and couldn't help but break down. "I-I have to go." You hurriedly jogged away from Harry because you were embarrassed of him seeing you cry. Suddenly, a pair of feet were jogging alongside you. "[Y/N], wait." Harry stopped you, grabbing you by the arm. You looked down, unable to meet his face. "Why are you crying?" He asked you curiously. You threw your arms up in desperation. "I'm such a simp, Harry!" You replied. "I'm the one who broke up with you, yet you're the one who has already moved on! That's so embarrassing!" You buried your face in your hands. You heard a chuckle escape from Harry. You looked up at him in confusion. "Why are you laughing? It's not funny, Harry!" He continued to laugh. "[Y/N], who said I moved on?" He stated, a smile creeping on his lips. You couldn't help but smile also. "Are you free to go out for lunch sometime?" Harry asked you. You tilted your head to the side. "How about that girl?" He glanced quickly at her. "She's just a friend, I promise." You rolled your eyes at his cheeky habits. "I'd love to go to lunch, Harry." You replied.
Niall:
You locked yourself in your house ever since the break-up. You barely even saw sunlight. Having enough of your attitude, your best friend offered to take you out to dinner. You finally agreed when she announced she was taking you to your favorite restaurant: Nando's. That restaurant brings back bad memories, but you just couldn't stay away from their peri-peri chicken. You dressed decently and then headed over to the restaurant. Your friend offered to order for you and asked for you to find a table to sit at. You decided on a booth that was towards the back. After a few moments, your friend returned with the food. You instantly dug in. You were trying to have a nice and quiet conversation but the noisy table next to you wouldn't allow it. The couple hiding behind a menu were obviously being inconsiderate of the people around them. After another obnoxious laugh escaped from the couple, you have had enough. You stood up from your table and grabbed the standing menu that was hiding them. "Excuse me, can you please jus-" You started to rant but stopped upon noticing who you were yelling at. "Niall...?" You said above a whisper. Niall's smile disappeared instantly. "Hi, [Y/N]. Sorry, were we bothering you?" You shook your head. "It's okay, we were just leaving." You grabbed your friend hastily and headed out the door. "What was that for?!" Your best friend exclaimed, her mouth still full of chicken. "It was him." You simply stated. Your friend understood instantly and you both headed home. When you returned home, you went back into your own routine of sulking in your own sadness. But this time, there were no more tears because there was none left to cry. You found Niall happy in the comfort of someone else. Later, Niall texted you and apologized for being obnoxious, he couldn't help it. You replied saying it was okay. Then, unexpectedly, he brought up hilarious moments you two shared together and ended up asking you out on a date.
Zayn:
You had locked yourself in your house for such a long time that you managed to finish practically all the food in your kitchen. It's time to go grocery shopping! Looking like a drag, you decided to go to the food store anyways. You walked down every aisle throwing all the foods you wanted in your cart. You finally reached your favorite aisle, the snack aisle. You skipped to the end of the aisle where yours and Zayn's favorite snack was. In the distance, you noticed there was only one box left. You walked faster, paranoid that someone would grab the box before you. Once you got to the end, you reached for the box on the shelf when another pair of hands reached for it at the same time. You both grabbed the box. The unfamiliar girl also holding the box gave you a dirty look. You couldn't help but stare her back down. "Hey, babe. Did you get the sna-" You looked over at the familiar voice you could notice anywhere. "Zayn." You stated barely above a whisper. He gulped. "Hi, [Y/N]." He said back. "Babe, I'm trying to get your snack but she just grabbed it!" The snack-stealing girl complained. Zayn looked down at her. "It's okay... just give it to her." He replied almost sympathetically, a look of worry in his eyes. You couldn't believe Zayn had already moved on. Your heart broke into a million pieces at the sight of him with another girl. The girl rolled her eyes as she handed you the box. "Thanks." You mumbled throwing the box in your cart. "How are you, [Y/N]?" Zayn asked suddenly. You shrugged. "Could be better." He nodded, understanding. You recognized the look in his eyes. It was the same look he gave you over Skype when he was missing you. But you brushed it off, thinking you were probably misinterpreting it. You quickly rolled away before things got more awkward. You left the store in a hurry just wanting to go home. Later that night, you get a text from Zayn. "Hey, [Y/N]. I know ur miserable and I am too. Can we talk?" Maybe you didn't misinterpret that look after all. "Sure. Coffee tomorrow morning?" You replied. "It's a date.xx"
Louis:
You wanted to go out to clear your mind. You had been stuck in your house for so long it was making you sick. You decided to walk to the nearest movie theater to catch a movie. You didn't mind being alone, you were independent. As you entered, you didn't expect this many people to be there at this time. You stood in line at the concession stand to pick up a few snacks before seeing the movie. You ordered popcorn, a few candies, and a drink. The service was pretty fast due to the amount of demanding people. You picked up your completed order and turned around to walk to the assigned theater. Being the clumsy person you are, you bumped into someone and dropped your boxes of candy in the process. "Oh god. I'm sorry." You apologized. The figure bent down and picked up your mess for you. "No worries, you're alrigh-" You looked into his recognizable eyes as he handed you the candy. "[Y/N]?" Louis questioned. You smiled shyly. "Hi, Louis. What brings you here?" You asked curiously. "Oh, I'm just here with El." He gestured to Eleanor who was waiting patiently at the concession stand. Your heart sunk at the mention of her name. "Oh." You let out. "That's cool, catching a movie?" He nodded. "Yeah..." There was a moment of awkward silence before he spoke up. "[Y/N], I really miss you." You nodded in response, unable to say it back. "I was hoping we could still be friends?" He finished. You thought about your response deeply and realized you never really wanted to break the relationship between the both of you. "I'd like that." You smiled back. He looked over at Eleanor whose hands were full of snacks. "I better get going." He stated and waved bye at you. "Wait!" You exclaimed before letting him go. He looked at you expectantly. "I miss you too, Louis." You finished. He smiled back warmly. It's hard to see someone you love in the arms of another, but maybe it just wasn't meant to be.
Liam:
You embraced the cold London air that you missed dearly. The break-up with Liam has affected you tremendously and you were stuck in your house for a couple of weeks gaping at your own misery. But, today you felt was going to be different and you needed to move on. You made your way down the street, searching for somewhere to eat; perhaps a coffee shop. You decided on the familiar shop just around the corner that you and Liam always used to go to. You kind of had second thoughts because maybe this would rush back memories, but whatever. They had the best croissants. As you turned to the corner, you stopped at your tracks and stared at the figure you weren't expecting to see. "Liam..." You whispered. He caught sight of you too, smiling warmly. "[Y/N]. I didn't expect to see you here." You chuckled lightly. "Well, this is my favorite place to be. You should know that." You replied. He merely nodded. "So," You decided to spark conversation. "What brings you here?" He glanced inside the shop. "Oh! I'm just waiting for Dani." Your heart dropped at the mention of her name. Dani. Danielle, of course. "Ohh." You croaked nervously. "You're back together?" He nodded. "Yeah, she makes me..." He paused as he searched for the right word to say. "... happy." You noticed the genuine smile on his face at your question. Usually you would be jealous in this situation, but if he makes her happy, so be it. Danielle walked out of the shop and when she noticed you, she gave you a friendly smile. "We have to get going. See you around, yeah?" Liam stated. You nodded. "Yeah." You watched them walk away, hand-in-hand. You were satisfied that Liam found someone that made him genuinely happy, even though she wasn't you.
