Pretending [YOONKOOK]

11 : Light

After the event, either Jungkook or Jin ever ask or talk about it to Yoongi. Somehow it just scares them just to bring it up to him. Namjoon has learn that Yoongi suffered from depression,social phobia and anxiety issues. Namjoon know a lot,but he just decide to keep silent about it as he want Yoongi to speak out about it himself.

Jungkook and Yoongi on the other hand was trying hard. Yoongi was trying hard to stop Jungkook from trying hard to reach out for the elder. Every single time he saw Yoongi,he would ask questions that Yoongi sometimes can't handle but being annoyed but he can't do anything rude to him as Jungkook was the one in terror during his attempts. He don't even want to think about it.

Jimin and Taehyung on the other hand had become closer to Yoongi, Namjoon and Jin as they occasionally talk to them during Yoongi hospitalisation and learnt that all of them study at the same place.

"Hyung!" Jimin wave toward Namjoon and Jin as they walk out from their shared class.
"Oh?Jiminie!" Jin wave back and gesturing for both him and Taehyung to come toward them.
"Where's Jungkook and Yoongi?I thought you guys are all in the same class?" Namjoon ask as he adjusting his glasses.
"Jungkook and Yoongi was asked to help the teacher bring the stuff to the professor lab. They'll be back soon." Taehyung replied and Jin just nodded understanding.

Back to Yoongi and Jungkook as they are whining mentally about the situation they are in.
"Why won't you go home during next week holiday?" Yoongi ask out of nowhere catching Jungkook off guard.
"I....I have assignment to finished." Jungkook replied nervous.
"I'm not stupid. We are in the same class and there is no work during the holiday. Just stop being hard headed and go back home. I'm tired seeing your face in the dorm. You have a good family why won't you just appreciate them?" Yoongi replied long as Jungkook just replied short but stung in his heart.
"They don't care." Jungkook said as he stop walking.
"Who?" Yoongi ask confused.
"My parents,they don't care about me. All they care about is how well I must do in living the perfect life they need me to have for their reputation." Jungkook talk as he smile. Yoongi just stay silent as he look down to the box in his hand. He don't expect this. He expect Jungkook is a rich boy from spoiled family who give him  everything he want.

"Hey! Wanna go to out hidden place? The others is waiting." Suddenly Hoseok came in view scaring both Jungkook and Yoongi as they curses.
"Damn hyung! Don't scare me like that!" Jungkook whine angry.
"Sorry Kook But really, want to go or pass? The others are waiting in the car." Hoseok said as he exchange look from Yoongi to Jungkook.
"I have job in a few hours." Yoongi said as he was about to walk away but then Jungkook grab his hand and the older just turn and look confused.
"Let's go hyung!" Jungkook said as he smiling gracefully to Yoongi and the older raised his eyebrow.
"I have work Jungkook. I need to go back and rest." Yoongi replied unsure. He don't really like this kind of occasion. He don't like loud place.
"Just today hyung! Come on. Let's have fun!" Jungkook ask again with pleading tone and Yoongi look at the boy. He remembered the story he told him just now. Yoongi sighed out mentally. He don't really know why,but Jungkook is making his way through his emotions. Nowadays, Yoongi emotions just keep turning on and off and he was really confused why.

As Yoongi was silence, Hoseok and Jungkook just smile as the grab the older who surprisingly just follow them without having to be forced.

The rest of the day gone really weirdly dreamy. Yoongi doesn't know why but he feel like he is enjoying and opening himself to them.

They were enjoying too much. That day was so dreamy that Yoongi thought it was just a dream. A sweet dream he is having to be able laugh and worried nothing in the world. It just him, and his friends. Nothing else bother.

Their bond came out stronger than he thought it should. Yoongi is scared that they will end up like his old memories of friends that just distance themself as they realize how fucked up Yoongi is. Everyone is just too scared to be friend with him.

Everyone thought he is a monster.
So he believe that he is actually a real monster.

He never did expect that he will have friends. Friends that he can talk to. As he was sitting on the dusty floor as his leg is hanging from the wall, he stare at all of them. Namjoon was trying to imitate a golf game using a small stone around while Taehyung was laughing with Jimin and Jungkook while Jin is capturing memories with his polaroid. Hoseok was jumping and hyping Namjoon up.

Everyone seems so happy.

Yoongi is happy. He was happy at least for a few moments. He close his eyes as the sound of wind whispering to his ears talking mumbles he didn't understand but it's comforting.

"Hyung, what are you thinking about?" Suddenly Hoseok wake him up from the daydream as Hoseok taking his seat beside the pale boy.

"Just relaxing nothing much." Yoongi replied sound relax.
"They are silly right?" Hoseok said as both of them now look at the others that are laughing madly due to Namjoon failed attempt as he broke the stick out of accident.
"I know this might sound weird, but, just for today, maybe I don't feel like I want to die. Just for this few moments, I want to stay just for a while.." Yoongi said as he close his eyes but Hoseok smile drop as he heard what he said. But of course Yoongi didn't realize the change in Hoseok's tone.

"Why...I know this is harsh.. But why do you want to die? There is so much in life to be excited about.." Hoseok ask prying for the reasons Yoongi even think of killing himself.

"If I saw nothing but grey, you can't expect me to see rainbow as a beauty."
