"This was your Aunt Delilah's prom dress. You're her size." Daphne told Alexandria. They were in Alex's room, and Daphne had been showing her a red gown. Alexandria had just gotten out of the shower, small scars from her captivity still littered on her arms and shoulders. They were still faint, but they each held a memory. Alexandria touched the fine material of the dress with a sigh. "I can't wear this." She stated, pulling her white towel tighter around her body. Daphne's eyebrows furrowed together. "What do you mean? Why can't you wear it? Your other aunt, my younger sister Davina, had a very hard time letting this go. If you don't wear it, she'll be crushed." Daphne explained.

"If it was Aunt Delilah's, I can't wear it. It's too personal. She died trying to find me, and I steal her prom dress? No thanks." Alexandria retorted, crossing her arms over her towel covered chest. Daphne looked at her sorrowfully, laying the dress carefully on the bed. "Honey, Delilah would want you to wear this." Daphne told her. "She's right." A voice came from behind them. They turned towards the window to see Delilah in her astral form. The abilities that Alexandria's sisters had were passed down to them since Daphne was the one who had three girls. Delilah died trying to find Alexandria, and Alex never forgave herself for it. Seeing her aunt in this form almost made Alex tear up.

"You have to wear it. For my sake." Delilah told her. Alex looked at her in disbelief. She still hadn't gotten use to what her mother had told her about their family. "Way to pop in, big sis." Daphne said with an eye roll. Delilah only giggled before walking closer to her eldest niece. "You would look beautiful in it." She said. Delilah reached her ghostly hand to Alex's cheek and stroked it, no flesh being connected between the two since Delilah was technically dead. She lived in the astral plane, one of the many different existing planes out there. "Please? For me?" Delilah asked her niece with a smile. Alex sighed before nodding. "Okay." She said. Delilah clapped her hands happily. "Good. Now, I will be downstairs greeting my other family." She said before orbing away.

"Do you ever get used to that? The orbing?" Alexandria asked her mother. Daphne shrugged. "I was never able to orb, just like Adelaide won't be able to. Your father usually does it, though. But you'll get used to it. The whole astral thing." Daphne explained. Alexandria nodded.

With her hair and dress done, Daphne had just finished doing her daughter's makeup. She also wore gold heels with the dress to match, long diamond earrings, and a protection bracelet. "Oh, you look gorgeous!" Her aunt Davina said as she finished her makeup. When they heard a knock at the front door, Davina went to go answer it. The youngest out of the three sisters, she was still vivacious and lively. Alexandria looked in her mirror with a nervous breath coming out of her mouth. Daphne put both of her hands on her daughter's arms and resting her chin on her shoulder. They were both looking at her scars.

"You know I can put a little bit of concealer over these, right? If you want me to." Daphne said, rubbing her thumbs along Alex's faint scars. Alex smiled at her mother but shook her head. "No thanks, Mommy. I think it's time I face a few demons." Alexandria said. Daphne kissed her cheek lovingly.

Jasper was at the door. He had come in an expensive tux with his hair gelled back. While Davina was gawking from a distance, Delilah was giggling at her. She looked human in Jasper's eyes, but he couldn't hear her heartbeat or her breathing. Daphne had opened the door wide for him. "Jasper. Come inside." Daphne said with a smile. Adelaide was holding Catalina, who was then taken by Davina. They all heard the steps creaking, and they turned to see Alexandria walking down the steps while holding up her dress. Jasper has a glint in his eyes when he saw her in that dress. It made him fall in love with her a little bit more. Everyone was silent as she made her way over to him.
