Levi's POV
After burning Eren's body, everyone headed outside the walls and into the ocean that I showed Eren. Mikasa was carrying his ashes in a container.
"Miss Ackerman...", Erwin began. "Set the ashes free."
Mikasa opened the lid and threw the ashes into the ocean. Everyone paid their respects. I put my hand on my chest, closing my eyes. I can feel the cold breeze like someone is hugging me. I know it was Eren.
Everyone went back except for me, Armin and Mikasa. Both of them seemed upset.
"Hey...", I said. "Let's go explore the outside world... It's what Eren wanted me to do..."
"S-sure captain", muttered Armin.
I tried cheering them up...
"Come on you two. Eren would love to see you two travel. I know ot's nlt the same without him but, his spirit will stay with you right?"
They both nodded and hop on their horses.
"I'll ditch going back to HQ... I think it's time for rest.", I continued, going the opposite direction.
They followed..
"Now that's what I'm talking about."
My horse sprinted faster and then we went on...
Years later...
After a few years, everything was peaceful. Everyone was getting along. And the Survey Corps? They're helping the M.P's to do their jobs. Keep town peace.
Mikasa and Armin had already saw the outside world with me. Our adventure came to an end. We'd often visit the ocean to greet Eren's spirit. We always feel his hug in the breeze...
"Hey Eren... We'll see you soon..."
