Danny was in the park trying to clear his head when he heard Jazz and her band of bitchy friends not too far away. Danny was currently holding a newspaper that he hadn't actually been reading for the past ten minutes. Danny glanced up at Jazz, "Let me guess, you made someone cry again."

Jazz smirked, "She deserved it."

"And it was five against one, how brave of you."

Jazz glared at him, "Like you're any better, talking in your sleep." Jazz's friends laughed, "Don't kill Cedric, who's Cedric, your boyfriend?" Danny glared at her, "He's going to kill me mom!" Her friends laughed again, "Where is your mom, where is your mom Phantom, is she dead?" Her friends continued to laugh, "Is she dead?"

Danny moved quicker then the girls thought he could and he threw the newspaper as he grabbed the front of Jazz's shirt and pointed his wand at her throat. The other girls thought it was a joke but Jazz looked scared, then it started getting dark and the girls looked confused now. He pulled his wand away from Jazz's throat and she looked at him, "What are you doing?"

"I'm not doing anything, even he can't do this." Death put a hand on his shoulder, something was coming and he obviously didn't like it. Jazz's friends ran away and the two looked at the sky before Danny grabbed Jazz's arm, "Come on!"

The two ran down the road as fast at they could as the sky got darker and it started to rain, they found shelter a few minutes later. They walked into the small tunnel and the lights started flickering as they frosted over. Danny glanced behind him just as a dementor appeared, it grabbed him around his neck and held him against a wall.

Danny managed to speak, "Jazz run!"

Jazz started to run but she slipped on the icy floor and another dementor appeared on that side of the tunnel. The dementor started trying to suck out his soul and Danny reached for his wand as Death pushed the dementor off of him. Danny shouted, "Expecto patronum!"

A bright light forced the dementor away and it flew like hell was after it, Danny looked at Jazz and the other dementor was trying to suck her soul out too. Danny sent the patronus at the other dementor and it flew out of the tunnel, Death put a hand on his shoulder and he sighed. He quickly ran over to Jazz to see if she was okay before an older woman walked down the tunnel and he quickly put his wand away.

"Mrs. Figg."

She looked from him to Jazz and back again, "Don't put away your wand Danny, they might come back."

Danny was confused but he decided not to question it, after it was dark he found himself walking to the Fenton house while carrying a passed out Jazz on his back. Mrs. Figg walked next to him, "Dementors in little Whinging, whatever next, whole world's gone topsy turvy."

Danny looked at her, "So how'd you know about-?"

She cut him off, "Dumbledore asked me to keep an eye on you."

"You know Dumbledore?"

She nodded, "After you-know-who killed that poor Diggory boy last year did you expect him to let you go wandering around on your own. Good lord boy, they told me you were intelligent, now, get inside and stay there, 'spect someone'll be in touch soon, whatever happens don't leave the house." She smiled before pushing him toward the door of the house and by then Jazz started waking up.

The halfa set her down and helped her walk to the door and into the house, Danny opened the door and heard Maddie from the living room. He opened the door to the living room and Maddie looked alarmed, "Jazz! Jack, come quick."

The two immediately started fussing over Jazz, Maddie held her as Jack hung over her shoulder, "We're going to have to take her to the hospital."

Jack looked at his daughter, "Who did this to you Jazz?"
