Revealing Her - Chapter 11

LIZ'S/YOUR P.O.V.

I woke up to the best moment; Levi laying on my chest, breathing softly. I am so happy he was able to sleep since I can tell he has insomnia. The bags under his eyes give it away and I can just tell by his daily habits. 

Levi was woken by a loud knock on the door. We both got up and dressed ourselves neatly. He situated him self at his desk and I sat in front of him, to make it look like we were discussing something, "Name and Business?"

A gentle voice spoke, "Captain Levi, Sir, it is Eren. I have orders from Captain Hange and Commander Erwin to bring Liz down to Annie's cell immediately."

"Thank you Cadet Jaeger. I will escort her down in a few minutes." Levi replied, and soon we heard footsteps walking down the hall. Levi turned to me, "Come, lets go."

I followed him down to where they were keeping Annie's crystallized body. Hange and Erwin approached me. "LIZ! I have a question for you! Since you are the Titan Queen, can you melt the crystal?" Hange exclaimed loudly. 

I was taken back, my eyes widened. Was she able to figure it out? No kidding, I am the queen for God's sake, she could just guess. I nodded by head towards her.

"OH MY! This is great! We need a team down here now, since we are going to melt it right away! Get my squad down here so we can be ready to attack if necessary!" Hange yelled, and her squad appeared a few moments later.  "Liz, get ready!" 

I starred at the crystal encapsulated Annie within. That name.... I remember someone from a long time ago with that name, someone dear to my heart. But there is no way it can be her... she died... 

My eyes flashed for only a moment, so quick, in the blink of an eye, you wouldn't even know. The crystal shattered and Annie fell out of it. Her blonde hair looked so familiar, her eyes... her eyes? I turned to Hange, "What was her last name?"

Hange looked rather confused, "Why do you wanna know?" She smiled and laughed. 

"Just tell me, god dammit Hange!" I was angry, I needed to know now. I needed to know if it was her!

Hange laughed, "Fine! It's Leonhart. Her name is Annie Leonhart."

My heart was crushed. I stepped back in fear. "Liz? Liz, are you okay?" Commander shook my shoulders. Levi and Hange looked worried. I just starred in shock. 

Annie was unconscious on the ground. I ran to her and fell on my knees, not daring to cry. I picked her up and laid her head in my lap. I ran my hand through her hair, twirling it around her fingers. Hange, Erwin, and Levi were so confused. Levi started speaking, "What are you doing with her? She's dangerous! She's a murderer!"

I looked back at him and glared, "Do not talk about her in that way!" I yelled with my whole life. Levi was taken back. 

"Do you know her Liz?" Hange spoke. 

I always hated titan shifters, and if I had known the Female Titan was her, or the Intelligent Titan, I would have never. I looked away from them. 

"Liz?" Hange questioned me. 

Erwin looked eager for an answer, I knew what we was going to do, "Liz, this is an order from your commander! Tell us what is your affiliation with this murderer!"

I clutched Annie to my small body, I glared at Erwin, "NEVER TALK ABOUT MY CHILD IN SUCH A WAY!" My eyes showed no mercy. I would kill him right here, right now. 

All of their eyes showed confusion. Well, long ago, before Grisha and the age of my powers raging upon the world, I had fallen in love. I became pregnant and had a child, her name was Annie Leonhart. Her fathers name was Haro Leonhart

When I gave birth to her, I was so happy, she was my life. At around 7 years old, she died in her sleep from some bad strain of the flu. 

Annie looks so much like Haro, there is no way it can't be her. She must have gotten some of my aging power and the titan serum seemed to keep her alive. But who gave it to her? Was it that damn cheating Haro? That doesn't matter now. 

Hange looked so shocked, "What do you mean your child?!" Levi had turned away... what was he feeling and thinking?

"I became pregnant a long time ago, and this is who I was pregnant with. I thought she died from the flu when she was 7. But, I guess she was turned into a titan, and gained my anti-aging power." I sat there looking down at my child. 

Levi looked back at me. His eyes showed sorrow. 

"Please, I know she has done bad, and I know why. Just please, don't punish my baby. I-I- I WON'T ALLOW IT!" I cried. I let it all out. Levi ran to my aid, his hand swirled on my back to comfort me. 

"If you tell us everything you know, I will spare her life." Erwin looked me straight in the eye. 

I looked at him with red eyes, "Deal." 

Annie was taken to my room. She was laid on my bed. I had cooked soup and bread for her, I also prepared some water and tea for her when she waked up. I knew it had to be soon. 

I clutched her hand. I few moments later I felt it move. SHE WAS WAKING UP. 

My heart was pounding as my child stirred in her sleep. Her hair spread all over a pillow, the thin sheet half way up her body. 

Then, she stopped moving. I was disappointed, whatever, I am not a good mother anyways. 

I heard my door open. Levi was in the doorway, "Hello. Do you need something Levi?" I gently looked at him. 

"There was someone before me?" He seemed upset. 

"That was over 500 years ago, Levi. He cheated on me anyways, and got killed not too long after. I only have a place for you in my heart now." I smiled at him. 

"Good Liz, because so-" Levi was cut off by another voice in the room. 

A 15 year old girl, with blonde hair, crystal blue eyes, and a beautiful arched nose sat up and spoke one word, "Mama?"
