I wake up to the smiling face of Dan's above me, which seems to go even wider with me being awake.

"Good morning Fiona!" He exclaims, pulling me into a sitting position and hugging me.

I giggle and rub my eyes and yawn, "Good morning, Dan."

"You and I are going on a date today," he states.

My eyes widen and a grin spreads across my face, "We are?"

He nods, "We are. You have an hour, okay?"

I nod, and he kisses my cheek and walks out of my room, closing the door behind me.

I sigh happily and get out of bed, pulling my hair into a ponytail as I run the shower water and get undressed.

Showering, dressing, and doing hair and make-up takes about 55 minutes, and afterwards I walk out of the room and sit on the couch with a wide smile on my face as I unlock my phone.

"Someone looks happy," Phil states, sitting next to me.

I sit my phone on the empty side of me and glance at Phil with a wide grin before wrapping him in a hug, "I am!"

"What's happened?" Phil asks after I let go of him.

"I've got a da-ate!" I sing.

Dan walks into the room and smiles at me, and I smile back.

"Oh," Phil says, looking at Dan and back at me, "I'm happy for you."

I nod, "Yeah."

"Are you ready to go?" Dan asks, walking over to me and holding his hand out for me.

I nod and pick up my phone, putting my free hand in his and turning and waving at Phil before walking out the door with Dan.

Dan closes the door behind the two of us and giddly walks down the sidewalk. He has a bookbag on his back and I glance at him and point at it.

He shakes his head and grins at me. I pout, but the smile returns back to my face in an instant.

Dan and I continue walking, and around the end of the walk, I realize where we're going but don't say anything.

As I suspected, we stop in front of the park, and Dan gestures towards it, "Park."

I smile and he walks further into the park to a place under a shady tree where there's not really anyone else nearby. He kneels on the grass and takes off his bookbag, and pulls out a blanket.

He spreads it out on the grass and I sit on it, and he sits next to me before pulling out a bag of sour gummy worms and Cheetos.

"Dan!" I exclaim as he passes me the gummy worms.

"You like gummy worms," Dan replies, shrugging at me.

I nod and open the bag, and lean over to him, kissing him at the corner of his mouth and giggle at his reddened cheeks.

We both don't really know what to talk about then, so I eat my gummy worms and Dan eats the giant bag of chips. I rest my head on his shoulder and close my eyes, sighing.

"Fiona?"

I look at him, "Yeah, Dan?"

"Is it too early to ask you to be my girlfriend?"

The smile on my face wavers a bit, "I don't know. How long has it been since...since -"

"A little over a month. About to be two," Dan mutters.

"Are you sure you like me, Dan? Because I really can't have my heart broken by you," I say, looking into his eyes.

He grabs one of my hands and presses a small kiss to my lips, before smiling, "I do like you, Fiona. You've always been there for me. I like you a lot."

I feel the tears welling up in my eyes and I wipe my eyes, "Yes. If you want me to, I'll be your girlfriend."

He sighs and smiles at me and wraps me in a hug, "I like you a lot, Fiona."

I nod and let out a small whimper, "I like you too. I like you a whole lot."

It would be wrong and too early to tell him I love him right now.

"I'm sorry I kept you waiting," Dan murmurs. He seems to be getting closer and closer to me each second.

I shake my head, "I don't care. You're here now. It was worth it."

"Are you sure?" Dan asks.

I nod, pushing my hair out of my face. My cheeks feel hot and I can't breath. I've waited for this moment for so long, and I'm almost prepared to wake up in the Vidcon hotel where Dan and Savvy are still starstruck for each other.

Dan's right hand comes to my face, and his left one holds my waist. His thumb rubs over my skin, and he smiles at me.

"I really, really like you Fiona," he whispers.

"I really, really like you too," I say.

His lips press to mine, and it wasn't just a small peck this time. His lips move softly against mine, and I sigh, wrapping my arms around his waist and kiss back with a smile that won't seem to go away.

Dan didn't bother to stick his tongue in my mouth, and I knew he was taking it slow for several reasons, but I loved the kiss all the same. I think I like it more due to the fact he wasn't rushing it.

This scenerio has played out multiple times in my head, each seemed to be better than all the others, but this was real life and it's better than I ever could've imagined it.

I'm the one to pull away from Dan, and put my forehead on his, grinning at him, all my teeth showing. He smiles back.

"I think I'm going to end up falling for you," Dan breathes out.

I can feel the tears in my eyes this time. I smile as I wipe them away, "I fell for you a long time ago."

...

That was it everybody...wow. Okay. Thanks for the endless support, staying with me through my crisis and everything. Oh my god...I love all of you.

I'm not sure if I'm doing a sequel yet, as I have no ideas for one, but if I ever come up with one, I will be sure to tell you. But I think this is it, tbh.

Um, that's it everyone. I love every single one of you so very very much.

Goodbye!
