Melissa's POV

It was a big day. I was in my dressing room. I looked in the mirror. The wedding dress I picked out had lace sleeves. The lace continued down the rest of the dress, layered over a slim, white silk dress that had a long train. I brushed down the sides on the dress, turning to see the tiny bump forming on my lower abdomen. It was small enough so people wouldn't really know I was pregnant but big enough for me to notice. I put my hand on the bump. It made me happy to know I would be sharing my big day with my baby. I heard the door start to open and quickly moved my hand from my stomach and touched up my hair that was up in a loose bun.

"I can't believe you are getting married today!" Chyler said, walking in with two glasses of wine. She held out one of the glasses for me to take. I politely smiled and hesitantly accepted the glass of wine.

"I can't believe it either." I deeply signed and Chyler adjusted a strand of my hair.

"Well," she held up her glass, "cheers, to never being single ever again!"

I smiled and clinked my glass with hers. She sipped her wine and watched me as I slowly brought the glass up to my lips. I tipped some of the wine into my mouth and held it there. I had no idea what to do. She didn't know I was pregnant yet, and Chris and I hadn't planned on telling anyone anytime soon. As discreetly as I could, I turned around and emptied my mouth back into the glass. It wasn't as secretive as I thought.

"Melissa...what-what are you doing?" Chyler asked.

I put the glass down. "W-what do you mean?" I asked as casually as I could.

Chyler was confused for a few moments, but she finally gasped. "You're pregnant!"

I quickly shushed her, "Don't say it too loud! No one knows yet!"

"Melissa!" She pulled me in for a hug, "I'm so happy for you!"

"Thanks, Chyler." We separated from the hug and I saw she had tears in her eyes.

"Ugh, don't cry! If you cry, then you're gonna make me cry! And I have all these hormones so you better suck it up!"

"Okay, okay!" She started fanning her face and she wiped her eyes. She looked around the room and picked up my veil. She placed it on my head and I adjusted it.

"It's nearly time. You should get out there."

I nodded and followed her out the door.

Chris's POV

I stood at the altar, straightening my suit and bowtie. The ceremony was about to start. I was so nervous, and I didn't even know why. What if I messed up, said the wrong thing?

The music started playing and the doors at the opposite end of the aisle opened. First Melissa's sister and my brother walked out, arms locked. They were our maid of honor and best man. They were followed by Chyler and Edward, and a bunch more of our very close friends. Once they all got into place, everybody in the seats stood up.

It happened almost in slow motion. Melissa slowly appeared in the doorway, arm linked with her father's. She held a bouquet of pink and white flowers, her hair sprinkled with smaller white flowers. She looked around at everyone at first, wearing a shy smile, but when she locked eyes with me, her smile grew and so did mine. All of my nervousness went away because by looking at her, I knew that I was always meant to spend my life with her, to love her. Tears welled up in my eyes, and Edward handed me his handkerchief to use. She was the most beautiful person I had ever seen.

She parted with her dad and made her way to her place on the altar.

"Hi," I whispered, sniffling.

"Hey," She whispered back. Her eyes were sparkling, pools of blue swirling and gleaming. Her cheeks were pink, her smile was wide, and so was mine.

The priest said a few words, but I couldn't hear him. All I could concentrate on was Melissa, and our future together.

"Do you, Christopher Charles Wood, take the woman to be your lawfully wedded wife, to have and to hold, through sickness and in health, until death do you part?"

I snapped back into reality. "I do." I had never been surer of anything in my life.

"And do you, Melissa Marie Benoist, take this man to be your lawfully wedded husband, to have and to hold, through sickness and in health, until death do you part?"

"I do," she said, with a beaming smile.

"Well, I now pronounce you husband and wife! You may kiss the bride!"

I grabbed the sides of Melissa's face and pulled her in for the kiss. The entire world around us just disappeared. I couldn't hear any of the applauds if there were any. I had never been happier in my life. I had Melissa, I had the baby. Everything was perfect. We finally separated from the kiss and locked hands, turning to everyone else.

Melissa turned to me. "I love you." She said, tears on the rim of her eyes.

"I love you, too" I replied, and we walked down the aisle and into the rest of our lives.
