Beep. Beep. There goes my alarm. Even though it's Monday, I'm actually in a really good mood. I had a shower and got myself ready just in time for Kayden.
"Bye mom, I'll see you after practice." I said as I walked out the house.
"Yeah, see you later." I walked out to see Kayden leaning against his car.
"Hey." I smiled. He grabbed my waist and gently pulled me closer to him.
"Hey baby." He said as he put his lips onto mine.
"Go to school, lovebirds." My moms voice startled us. I jumped out of Kaydens hold as I turned around to see my mom in the kitchen window.
"Hi Ms Stevens." Kayden said as he walked to his side of the car.
"Hello Kayden." My mum waved. As we got in the car, Kayden put his hand on my thigh.
"How are you?" He asked.
"Tired, so tired." I replied whilst looking out the window.
"Are you going to practice today?" He questioned.
"Yeah, are you going to football?" I replied.
"Yeah, I can drop you back home." He said.
"Thanks." The car ride was fairly quick and we were now at school. As soon as I got out, Kayden was right by my side with his arm on my waist. I noticed some people staring but I brushed it off. I could see my friends by the lockers, and they were also staring, but in a 'come here now' way.
"I'm gonna go to my friends now, I'll see you later?" I said to Kayden whilst I stopped walking. He looked over at my friends with a stare and then back at me.
"Okay, bye baby." He softly kissed my lips and then walked off. He's so cute. I walked up to Hannah, Becca and Lucy and they were all wearing a smirk.
"I'm guessing Hannah told you?" I asked, causing them all to nod their heads.
"You are one lucky girl." Becca laughed, causing us all to laugh with her."So what days can you do?" I asked Matt as we sat on a lunch table. We just had chemistry and thought it was a lot easier if we decide what we're gonna do and when. Matt was a very good looking boy. He was tall, black hair, brown eyes and very funny. He was really cool because he very genuine and he wasn't like the typical hot guy who does football, he's kinda nerdy.
"Any days except for Wednesdays and Fridays. You?" He answered.
"I normally can do any days but I have a whole week of cheer practice so I was wondering if we could use our free periods instead?"
"Yeah, that's fine. We can do after school next week though right?" He asked.
"Yep." Our project was about space and all the planets. It was pretty easy but the project was quite big.We ate for quite a bit until Matt spoke up.
"Um, I think your boyfriend doesn't like me." Matt laughed, nodding his head to the canteen line. I followed his gaze and I saw Kayden staring right at us whilst he was getting his food. Let's just say that he didn't look pleased.
"He gets like that sometimes, I'm sorry." I said embarrassed.
"It's fine, he's gonna have to get used to it." He laughed. I joined in laughing until Kaydens body was right in front of me.
"Hey." I said, not being able to tell how he's feeling.
"Hey. Whys he here?" He gestured to Matt as he sat down next to me.
"Matt and I were talking about our chemistry project." I explained.
"But you can't do it this week, you have cheer." He argued.
"I know, that's why we're doing it in our free periods." I was starting to get annoyed. I turned back to Matt who was sitting there looking quite uncomfortable.
"So your next free period is now right?" I ask Matt.
"Yeah, yours is too." He said, causing me to nod my head.
"Okay, I'll meet you in the library after lunch." Matt said as he started to stand up.
"I'll see you in a bit." I smiled up at him.
"Bye, Aims." At this nickname I felt Kayden tense up a bit. When Matt was out of sight, I decided to speak.
"What was that about?"
"Me? What was I supposed to do when my girlfriend is talking to another boy?" He argued.
"Kayden, he's my science partner!" I shot back.
"I don't care, I don't like him." He replied, causing me to roll my eyes.
"Don't roll your eyes at me." He said sternly. Wow, he's passing me right off.
"I'll do what I wanna do." I said and started to get up, only to be pulled back down again.
"No." He stated bluntly.
"Yes." Before he could get another word in, the bell rang.
"See you later." I stood up and started walking away, really annoyed by Kayden.
"Amy! Amy!" I heard Kayden shout my name, causing some people to stare. He caught up to me and grabbed onto my shoulders.
"Don't walk away from me when I'm talking to you." He growled.
"Stop telling me what to do." I huffed, annoyed at his sudden change of emotion.
"Amy I am your bo-"
"Kayden." I warned. He let go of my shoulders and took a deep breath.
"I'm sorry, okay?" He said, looking straight in my eyes with a little less anger.
"Amy. I said I'm sorry. I didn't mean to get all worked up, I just don't like you hanging round with Matt that's all." He looked to the floor then back up at me. I then realised that Kayden wasn't angry, he was insecure. I leant up and kissed his cheek.
"I'm your girlfriend, not his." At this statement, his eyes darkened slightly. He then kissed me forcefully but passionately.
"I'll see you later." He smiled, removing his hand from my waist.
"Yeah." I smiled back, and then walking off to meet Matt in the library."So girls, we are gonna learn a new routine for Friday." Hannah explained as we got onto the field. I could clearly see Hannah getting stressed out. As we started getting the routine done, I started to get really thirsty and I had already drank all of my drink.
"Han, can I fill my water up?" I asked.
"Yeah, sure." She replied. I ran inside to go to the canteen to fill my bottle up.
"Hey, Amy right?" I heard my name which caused me to turn around.
"Oh, yeah, Sam?" I questioned, causing him to nod. I turned back around to fill my water bottle and he stood next to me.
"Ready for Friday?" He asked, starting a conversation.
"I think so, everyone's just a bit stressed out at the moment." I laughed. I moved out of the way of the water dispenser and Sam had a drink out of it.
"Yeah, us boys have been training all season so we're ready to just get out there." He replied and we started walking back to the field.
"I didn't know the games were so popular."
"Yeah they get crazy sometimes, did your old school not have a football team?"
"No, my school was really small." We were now by the cheerleaders and footballers.
"Well, I'll see you later." Sam said, jogging back to his team and me doing the same. I waved at him and them set my bottle down and carried in with the routine."Little less stressed?" Lucy asked Hannah as we were getting changed.
"Yeah, thank god." She joked.
"Um, Amy?" Lucy caught my attention.
"Yeah?"
"When you came back from getting a water and you came back with Sam, Kayden wasn't very happy." She explained. What?
"What do you mean?" I'm confused.
"Well when you were home he came to me and asked where you were and I replied by saying you were getting a drink. Then when you came back with Sam he was literally glaring at Sam the whole time he was with you." Hannah interjected.
"Really? We were only talking." I reasoned, not that I even have to reason.
"I know, it was really weird, like, he looked really pissed off." Lucy chimed in again.
"Oh okay, thanks for telling me, um, ill see you tomorrow." I said, feeling very confused.I walked out to the car park to see Kayden leaning on his car.
"Hey." I said, not too sure how he's feeling. As soon as I got next to him, he pushed me againstthe car and kissed me very, um, forcefully? I pulled away and put my hand on his chest.
"What was that for?" I said, half smiling.
"I wanted to." He did a goofy smile. Does that mean he's not mad?
"People are staring." I whispered, looking down. He put his fingers on my chin and made me look at him.
"I don't care." I slipped out of his grip and hit in his car, him doing the same.
"How was practice?" He asked.
"Great actually."The car ride was quick and I'm now about to get out of the car.
"See you tomorrow." I was about to get out when Kayden grabbed my wrist and pulled me back.
"No kiss?" He asked. I leant over to him and kissed his lips and before I could pull away, he grabbed my waist and pulled me onto his lap.
"I. Adore. You." He said through kisses.
"I. Adore, you too." I smiled through the kiss.
"But," I said getting off his lap, "I need to go. See you tomorrow baby." I said whilst shutting the door. I really really like this boy, but is it too soon?
