Don't Come Down// Klance

A/N: New Stories!!!

Hello alll!!!

So obviously, this is not the end???? Will I ever tire of writing Klance fanfics???? Probably not. But as I mentioned in the last portion of my Hanahaki disease story, I will be writing a continuation fic for the Voltron S8 plot line. It is called Forevermore/Klance. Mind you, this is not a fix-it fic. this is just a continuation so all the same shit still applies. Adam is dead, Hunk is a chef ambassador person thing lol, Lance is a farmer boi. Deal with it or choke. idk your choice.

That being said, the prologue to the story is up so if you haven't already, go check it out and add it to your library so you will be notified when I post! As with this story, it will also be posted every Thursday until it's completion and I already have the first couple of chapters all written out and ready to post because I'm just so angsty about getting ahead in my writing so I don't have to worry about being behind in postings.

I hope you all enjoyed this story and enjoyed having Aurora around again! She's honestly just going to keep popping up in all my Klance fics. (except for Forevermore since, obviously, there's no Aurora in the Voltron plot line). And as for all the other stories I mentioned in my second to last authors note of Hanahaki Disease, I'm going to ask again which ideas yall want to see/read the most. The first two are ones that I'm leaning towards the most at this particular moment lol

1. Lovebug/Klance
     This will take place in the Voltron plot line before they ever loose Shiro so think like S1-S3ish. Like if anything, imagine this happens in the middle of S3. This is a story line I've seen that people love. Essentially Lance is going to get bit by a strange, butterfly like bug while on an alien planet and is going to fall head over heels for Keith who is very distraught because he is very very gayyyyyyyyyy and he likes Lance but he doesn't want him or anyone else knowing that. But Lance is very very persistent and it doesn't take much for Keith to break. So it might be slightly angsty because once Lance wakes up out of this stupor he's going to be super mad at Keith for kissing him and stuff lol

2. Marked/ Klance
      So if we don't remember, this is a high school AU that follows a unique soulmate AU I read about. Basically, everyone can get "soulmate" tattoos for people they love. Everyone is born with a distinct tattoo on their bodies and as you grow older, and learn to love others, you can acquire their tattoos. So you can have soulmate tattoos with your friends, boyfriends/girlfriends, siblings, etc.
     The tattoos also have different colors! So grey means the love is platonic! Black means family members and if a tattoo turns white, it's romantic love. If the tattoo is once white and turns grey it's because you're no longer in love with that person and eventually, the tattoo will fade away completely. (I think it also mentioned tattoos can turn into a scar if that person you love dies). The placement of the tattoo you get and the placement the person actually has it in is always different btw. So yeah! It was an interesting idea and way different from all the other soulmate AU's I had read and I think it would be really cool to write about! Here's the prologue if ya'll don't want to go back and read it in Hanahaki:

"Lance! I want to show you something." Pidge said excitedly, running up to me the moment I step through the threshold of the school building.

"What's up?" I asked, arching an eyebrow at her. Pidge turned around and pulled up her long, light brown hair over her head, showing me the back of her neck. For a second, I thought nothing of it, then I realized that that was my tattoo etched onto her skin and it was black. "Oh my god." I said, tracing the tattoo lightly with fingertips. "It's black. We're not even siblings though." I dropped my hand and Pidge let go of her hair, turning around to look at me sheepishly.

"Well, the thing is... I love you Lance. You're like another older brother to me." She smiled softly. "I've really missed Matt this past year with him gone at college and... I don't know. I just know I love you Lance. I think you're amazing." She smiled brightly at me as tears welled in my eyes. "Oh god, don't cry." I pulled her into a hug and she squealed as I lifted she off the ground and spun her around.
