The Spy

Chapter 10

Alex's POV

    For the past few days I haven't been talking to Benny and Kenna. I mean they haven't made an effort to talk to me either so what's the point of trying to talk to them. They have been to busy with Kendra. I mean I have hung out with Piper once at the house. Other than that we have hung out at the school. Sometimes I see Jacob look at me at school. My eyes will lock with his for a few seconds before I look away. 

    Right now I was in my physics class when I felt a tap on my shoulder. I turned around and looked at Piper.

     "Yes?" I questioned. 

    "Jacob Davis is staring at you. Actually he hasn't taken his eyes off you all day." I shrugged my shoulders.

     "So?" She groaned and hit her head on her desk.

     "What?" I said chuckling. 

    "Jacob Davis. Jacob fricken Davis. He doesn't look at anyone longer than a second. You are lucky." I rolled my eyes and looked over at Jacob. 

     Our gaze locking. In his eyes its like something clicked. Like he figured something out that has been bothering him. I smiled at him. He gave me a small nod back and dropped his gaze. 

    "Oh my gosh!" She smiled huge. I looked at her confused. 

   "What?" I asked. 

    "Jacob Davis just nodded at you. How are you not freaking out." I laughed.

     "He is just human. What is so different from someone else doing it?" I asked. 

    "Because he is Jacob Davis. He talks to no one. He looks at no one. He just nodded at you. He doesn't do that to people. Plus he isn't human, he is like a god." I shrugged my shoulders.

    "He is just human." I looked back at him. He was looking at me again. Curiosity swam in his eyes. I gave him another big smile. The corner of his lips twitch up as well. I turned back at Piper to see her with her mouth open.

     "Okay literally he is a human being. I don't know what the big deal is." I said then turned around and started working on the problems that were on the board. 

    When I got home I instantly changed into my spy clothes. I am hoping I don't get caught. During school uncle Matt messaged me and told me that there was gonna be another drug deal at the warehouse. 

       I took Benny's car like normal. I put the racing strips on and some of the other stickers. I got in the car and drove to the warehouse. It is pretty dark outside. I didn't get home until 5 because there was a lot of traffic. I made sure all of the stickers were on before I left. 

    I drove to the very familiar building. I got out of the car and made my way to the tall staircase. I ran up them and opened the door quietly. I walked in and made my way over to the ledge where I sat at the last drug deal. 

    Haven and Jacob were sitting there on their phones. 

    "Do you think spy girl is here?" Haven asked. Jacob shrugged. 

     "Maybe she will actually show herself." Jacob just shrugged again. 

     After a little bit I heard a car door slam. I could hear the noise of high heels. Is it a girl? In walked a girl with 2 very large men behind her. They all had masks on. When they got closer the men took their masks off. 

    "Now its your turn miss." One said to the girl. She nodded and pulled her mask off. Her dark blonde hair flowing everywhere. Wait I know that hair. I looked at her face. Oh my gosh.
