The whole stadium went quiet, I knew something was wrong with Josh's leg, but Josh being Josh he continued to play the game anyways. He was full of fire and was not going to lose the homecoming game.
Half time finally hit and I noticed that Josh and some of the other football players from the other team had left I didn't think much about it because you knew Josh was a good person and wouldn't do anything wrong. The other football players and Josh came back to the field and they were getting ready for the third quarter of the game, the teams were tied and it was time for the last quarter. The people in the stands were full of rage and fire, ready for their team to win the homecoming game.
I could tell Josh's leg was hurting really bad. There was 60 seconds on the clock, and the people were going wild, and banging on the stadium seats. Josh grab the ball one last time even though his leg was hurting really bad. He was at the 30 yard line and took off with the ball, scoring a touchdown the crowd went wild. Our team winning 27 to 26
Josh ran up to me and kissed me. I asked him if his leg was ok. He said it was it was fine and to text him when my friends and I we're ready to go to the dance, because the football and cheer team are going to ride together.
My friends and I went back to my house to get ready for the dance. When we were all done I texted Josh.

Josh showed up at my house with the football team and we all went to the dance, we all had a great time. The rest of our friends had gone home, and it was the end of the last dance.
Josh took me home and went back to his house.
The rest of the night I couldn't stop thinking about how I wish some moments would just last forever, and others would just end already. It seems like the ones I want to last forever only last for a minute, and the ones I wish would just end stay forever, but something changed this night. It was like in a couple months or even days everyone is going to be looking back wondering, what actually happened on homecoming night.
