I stepped up to my front door and unlocked it with the keys that were hanging from my purse.
I walked inside and the rooms were dark. Captain came down from upstairs with one of his dog toys. I walked upstairs and Captain followed behind me. I went into my room and my window was open, but I didn't remember opening it. I stood there for a second trying to remember if I opened it. I looked up to the window and the curtains moved as the breeze came in from the window.
I heard a knocking on the outside of my window and Jacob was sitting there.
Jacob: Are you alright?
Me: Yeah I'm, I don't know.
Jacob: Okay well I wanted to say I'm sorry, for everything.
Me: It's ok Jacob.
Jacob: I'm gonna go back to my house.
Me: Wait, Jacob.
Jacob: Ya.
Me: could you stay here at least until my brother gets home.
Jacob: Ya of course.
