~at the game
I looked over as Josh walked onto the field with his arm rapped around a cheerleader, not surprising.

Caroline: Hey I just found out, that team over there has a lot of respect for Josh.
Me: Not surprising, he was Captain at our old school to.

The game was about to start and Jacob waved to me and Caroline as his team walked to the 50 yard line.
The sun set just on top of the metal stadium seats causing a blinding light.
The first and second quarter were slow and easy, but by the time we hit the third quarter the people in the stadium were going wild and Josh's team started getting really cocky. And what's worse is, we are playing on Josh's schools football field so everyone is on their side. His team was literally getting away with murder out there.
One of Jacob's teammates through the ball to him, but as soon as he jumped up to grab it Josh slammed his shoulder into Jacob's side causing him to lose his breath. They both hit the ground, but Josh was the only one who got up. The coaches ran over and grabbed Jacob, they picked him up and he was holding his side.
Jacob left the game early because they had to take him to the emergency room. I grabbed my car keys and went straight to the hospital.
