BUSINESS NOT AS USUAL
Amanda job was not just getting more complicated it was getting dangerous by the day because Dian insisted that she carry out life threatening experiments but Amanda had been refusing risking her life as a human or an alien for this test had taking a toil to training for everything she did was super challenging once they had told her to run one kilometer in 5 minute which was straight up crazy. Amanda was not sure anyone could do that and besides that she never said she had super speed. The only place Amanda was free to be herself was in Michael lab and at home. Dian noticed this and started to come to most of Michael test.

Today Amanda had a practice powers test with Dian.

"Amanda, I don't know why you won't be honest with me because there is no point in pretending to be human because I saw you stop that glass from shattering and I still have the test that indicate the DNA of a foreign creature."

"Which foreign creature, was it a goat?" Amanda asked childishly pretending to have no idea concerning what Dian was talking of which increased her anger.

"You know you're not human and I'm going to tell the world." Dian shouted then tried to maintain her cool and massaging her head.

"But you have no proof so no one is going to believe you." Amanda snarled feeling wiser than Dian.

This particular argument has been persistent since Amanda stopped following through with the original plan in other words since she started doing the physical test.

"But I have now." Dian said pulling out a gun. "If your useless to me alive then you will be better of dead." Dian played with the oddly looking gun like it was a toy. "Or else... You can stop me like you did the plane."

"Please calm down. I'm a human not an alien if you pull that trigger your going to kill me." Amanda said worriedly raising her hands and backing out slowly.

"Dou you know which type of gun this is? I guess not because I invented it, it's silent and it injects an acid into the body, if you're human you won't die but if you're an alien you will immediately. So are you an alien or a human?"

Amanda did not want to spoil all she had worked to hide for weeks but if she does not tell Dian a bullet will go through her and kill her. Amanda stood looking at Dian and looking for a way to prevent Dian from noticing she was an alien.

"Dian you need to calm down I'm not an alien you need to believe me." Amanda said in a calming voice which sounded weak and for the first time in the last few weeks Amanda was scared.

"You still dare to lie to me. You weren't very useful to me in life maybe after you die I would be able to make use of you." Dian said and pointed the gun at Amanda. "We could have been partners but I think it's now we say goodbye." Dian's madness was in full display and if Amanda didn't already suspect before, it was now very clear that she has been working for a mental patient.

"Stop, I know a lot of people that will know you killed me." Amanda lied and Dian laughed

"Amanda you are a very persistent liar, you don't have any friends and your only relative is in the hospital, apparently in a comma." Dian said wickedly "I'm going to give you one last chance to confess, or I will kill you."

"I thought the one before this was my last chance but you've given me another one and I have to say I'm no longer afraid." Amanda said and she activated her alien side but Dian did not know this because the only evidence was a completely green eye.

"Goodbye." Dian said and pulled the trigger everything went slow and Amanda stood there frozen on the spot.

Amanda, thanks to Michael had been practicing how to teleport, move objects and freeze objects but how exactly is she going to dodge this without looking obvious but there was no time to think her options, the bullet was moving and Amanda dodged the bullet as a human with alien fast reflexes.
