THE ENCOUNTER

Michael escorted Amanda to the graveyard, her mother had been buried there firstly to pay his respect and watch Amanda pay hers and provide her with comfort.

"Thanks for agreeing to follow me, it means a lot." Amanda said and stared at the marble stone Stan had gotten to mark her mother's grave. It bore a bold name Rose Stones.

"I want your mom to know she left her daughter in good hands and also what kind of boyfriend will I be if I can't provide comfort." Michael said and gave her the space she needed to tell her mother her last words. "Take your time. I am not leaving you."

"Mom you were great and I don't know of any word that can be used to describe how precious you were to me and even if you never told me those things that haunted you till your death I still love you and wish-" Amanda stopped abruptly apparently, she was unable to say any more words.

The weather started to change like her emotions had an effect on it but she did not have such an ability so she tried to turn around and find Michael but she could not move at all.

A cold rush of air brushed her face and she hairs on her body stood, this was followed by a prolonged silence it was beginning to scare her and she could do nothing to have control. It was at this point that she saw a man with black hair and green eyes just like her, he walked towards the marble stone not minding the fact Amanda could see him or that she was frozen.

"Who are you?", Amanda tried to say but she couldn't and it turned out the only thing she was allowed to do was observe the man that dropped an unusual red flower that was exotic in its look. Amanda felt a connection to this strange man wearing a black hood so she was kind of relaxed but she did not know why.

Why couldn't she move, why couldn't she talk, and why did she feel the need to hug him. After the man dropped the flower he stood back up, he made his way to her, if Amanda wished her powers would work it would be now.

"Ramize, schi hefa milsck potha." The man said and hugged her. It translated to "Ramize, I love you so much."

Nothing made sense, who the fuck is he? And why could she understand the rubbish he said and why is he talking about love when we just met? It was almost an immediate question and answer situation. Immediately the shock caused a tear fell out, she tried to get a better look but the hood was in the way all she saw was his green eyes that she saw in herself every morning.

Why did you abandon mom and if you loved me, why are you freezing me now, why wasn't he part of her life all this years? Although she could not ask this question or move, more tears of pain of relief and of joy fell from her eyes and her father cleaned it off her face, smiled and teleported then the forces holding her back were released. Amanda knew the message was in another language but somehow, she knew and understood that her dad had just said he loved her.

Amanda could not finish her final words again she was choked in tears but not because of her mom but because of her dad, she had already given up on having any family or having a dad and now he came, told her he loved her and left before she could ask or tell him anything.

Michael who hadn't noticed this whole ordeal noticed Amanda had stopped talking and started crying.

"What is wrong?" Michael brought a handkerchief from his pocket and cleaned her face.

"I just saw him, I just saw him." Amanda explained pointing to an empty space.

"Saw who, where?" Michael stared at the empty space apparently confused and began to wonder if Amanda was just trying to pull a bold face about her mother's death while deep down it tortured her soul but if that were to be the case it should be I saw her or could she see ghost.
