Chapter 8: You should let me lead

Lisa's POV

The press conference was a success. The announcement of the world tour made the reporters gone crazy with questions. I knew this partnership will do the company good. I got off the stage while the girls still doing interviews. I walked towards Seulgi to talk to her.

"Seulgs! It was a success!" I grinned at her

"Yes, I can see that. Your predictions are really good. I'm sure the company's stock will jump tomorrow." She gives me two thumbs up like a proud mother. "Anyway Lisa, are you tired? Want to rest for a bit?"

"Nope, I'm finee..I feel too giddy to rest now. What is my schedule later Seulgs?" I asked her

"Just remember to take your vitamins later. You're still recovering Lisa. Hmm..you were arranged for a factory visit at Manoban Chemical in Seosan at 2 pm, I already prepare the helicopter at our HQ." She stated.

I can feel my phone vibrated in my pocket. I took it out and looked at the screen. It's Mina, my little sister.

'Hey baby girl, what's up?'

'YOU HAVEN'T CALLED ME TODAY!'

'But I texted you good morning? I also told you that I was having a press conference this morning.'

'Have you finished the press conference?'

'I did my part, but blackpink is still doing interview.'

'Then why didn't you call me?'

'Aigoo this possessive girl. I'm sorry ok?'

'I missed you Lisa..I want to go to Seoul..Please can I?'

'Denied. You have school silly. I'll visit you soon.'

'When? Get your pretty face here soon or I'll board the first flight tomorrow.'

'Soon baby girl, don't do that please?'

'Fine. I have to go now. DON'T flirt with girls, DON'T work too hard and most importantly DON'T forget to contact me. I love you Lisa!'

She hung up the phone before I can't react to 'Don't flirt with girls' command. "Was that Mina?" Seulgi asked. "Yep"

"Have you told her about Jennie? If she knows by herself she will go cuckoo and shoot Jennie with a shotgun or something. I'm worried about that girl, she's too possessive of you."

"Jennie and I are only friends Seulgs, and Mina just lonely. Do you think I should transfer her school to Seoul?"

"Yeah right. You are friends who act like a couple. Mina's almost graduate Lis. It will be difficult to adapt again."

"Whatever. Hmm..you've got a point there. May be we should visit her soon?"

"Ok, I'll squeeze it to your schedule later. Oh, the interview is over. You go say goodbyes to the girls. I'll go ahead"

With that, Seulgi left me but stopped midway and turned to me "Lisa, we will have a promotion event in Japan soon. The girls will have to attend. I believe their managers already informed, but you can tell them if you want." She turned again and leaving me.

I searched the girls and I found Jisoo unnie talking to Chaeng. Ah, I haven't thanked her and Chaeng properly for taking care of me that time. May be we can go out when we are in Japan. I can buy them dinner or some stuff. I approached them.

"Hey girls, how was the interview?" I asked

"The reporters were so surprised by the news and I think it's already viral on the internet!" Chaeng said cheerfully.
