Notes: Hi so I'm currently working on a request, but then I remembered it's Deceit's birthday so I wrote this. Although it's short... Enjoy!

"Happy birthday, De!" Patton, Logan, Roman, and Virgil happily yelled as Deceit entered the common room.

Deceit smiled at his. . .friends. Today was his birthday, and the other four sides had set up a suprise party for him.

"Oh, how awful!" He said, smiling. Patton laughed a bit, hugging him.

"Yay! He loves it!" Patton cheerfully spoke, soon unhugging him and going to grab something from the kitchen.

Logan suddenly pulled out a green box with a yellow ribbon tied onto it. "Here," He said, handing it to him. "It is a present from all of us."

Deceit carefully opened it, and to his surprise it was a stuffed animal snake with a miniature bowler hat sewn onto it.

Deceit smiled. "How....bad. I don't love it."

"Well of course you do!" Roman smiled, speaking in a slightly obnoxious, braggy but happy tone. "It was my-"

"It was Patton's idea." Virgil interrupted, causing Roman to make indescribable noises out of annoyance.

Deceit let out a small laugh, and Patton soon came back out of the kitchen, holding a light yellow cake that had a candle in it with a smile.

"Here, kiddo! Blow it out! Make a wish!" Patton cheerfully said.

"Okay.....well...I wish...I wish this was actually happening...." Deceit spoke, blowing out the candle, and soon waking up.

The snake like man sat up sadly, actually having a good dream for once.

Deceit looked over at his bedside table and gasped. To his shock, he saw a cupcake with green frosting on it with a candle on it as well next to a card.

Deceit picked up the card, the writing on the sparkly green front saying Happy Birthday! and he opened the card, it said:

Dear Kiddo,

Happy birthday! Sorry none of us could say it in person. Thomas really needed all four of us today and...even if he didn't I'm not really sure if the others like you or know it's your birthday.

Sorry, kiddo. Enjoy the cupcake, though!

Deceit closed the card sadly. Of course only Patton remembered. He set down the card on his bedside table and grabbed the cupcake, thinking about a wish, before blowing out the candle.

"Happy Birthday..." He whispered, setting down the cupcake sadly.
